I would issue a negative star review if possible. This bank froze my accounts, made accusations they could not support, and even after providing everything document requested continued to hold my money for over 3 weeks. As a small business person, this has caused issues with my ability to bank, and do business. The Branch Mgr on West End refuses to return phone calls as does her boss. No one from corporate apparently is allowed to talk to us common folk. Very cloak and dagger....come out from behind the curtain "oh great OZ". The taxpayer bails you out, and from the next day forward those responsible for your salvation have been dumped on. Anyone looking for a bank, do yourself a favor, find a small Regional bank or Credit Union, but most definitely stay away from this US Bank and the Mgr at the West End Branch in Nashville.

I recently visited this branch to open a new business checking account. I scheduled an appointment online in order to avoid the hassle of waiting to be seen. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, I was informed that the branch manager, Rod, would be a little over 30 minutes late for the appointment and Brittany offered to help instead. Strike one. I was frustrated by the lack of communication, but Brittany apologized and took full responsibility for the delayed appointment - even though this was not her fault. She was able to set up my new business checking account and I went on my way. As of today, our checking account has been open for nearly 2 weeks and we have not received our debit cards. Finding this odd, we called the bank to see if the cards were lost in the mail. Turns out, Brittany never ordered debit cards. We opened an account, deposited money, and currently have no access to our funds. This has greatly interfered with my business and I am now forced to wait another week to receive a debit card in the mail. Strike two. Strike three - our mailing address was wrong in the system, so even if she ordered our debit cards we would not have received them. I am upset and extremely frustrated with US Bank and this branch. I will likely switch banks once the dust settles and I have access to my money.

I normally don't do banking in Nashville for obvious reasons very disappointed in the customer service took to long to do business asked to use the restroom wasn't able to use the restroom because it's locked maybe I should take my 11 accounts and go elsewhere I've already close down one business account with you maybe I should close my other.

A bank is not something I would normally review on yelp, but when you have such a bad experience it's hard not to. First and foremost I have done business with several U.S. Bank locations and normally it is efficient with great customer service. This location was not that. I have been to this location several times and the majority of my visits have been like this. There is some guy there I believe by the name of Jacob, that every time I have been there will barley give me the light of Day. Not a great feeling to have when you visit a bank.

I gravitate towards this location in part for its close proximity to midtown. The bankers are friendly and make sure to cover all bases.

I'm typically very happy with the customer service and all services provided at US Bank but this branch tends to struggle in the first department. The people at the Belle Meade branch are all super friendly and super helpful with quick timely service. The Music Row/Midtown location differs in the fact that anytime you go inside its always a wait, even when theres not that many people inside. It always appears they are understaffed and undertrained to deal with situations. I waited 20 minutes at 2 PM yesterday then my simple transaction of getting a money order took another 10-15 minutes. Over 30 minutes to get a money order and it costs $5! Its been awhile since I had to get a money order but I figured a bank I've loyally banked with would be cheaper than a gas station or credit union. The teller was apologetic during the wait and explained they had more tellers coming to help but there was no sign of helping coming when I left. I love US Bank and the perks of banking there, however, I will avoid this location if at all possible.

These people took my money. Pre paid visa card. MY MONEY. $400. Never told me card account was closed ( their words were permanently suspended). Card wont work. Three trips and an hour on phone and the best they can do is send me a check in 60 days after i send written request. Inept, thieving, unscrupulous, uncaring. The manager lady was so uninterested in trying to help me or even sympathize with my situation. All she did was call the same number to give me the same information. Banks reverse payments every day. They made a mistake. Ok i get it. Fix it. Or at least attempt to. ITS MY MONEY!!! Give it to me. Never ever using this bank or any commercial bank again. These people suck. Find a credit union or better yet a mason jar. They should never have gotten a penny of bailout/tax money. Bankers are bloodthirsty scum suckers on the bottom of the bog of stench. Never again.

Now that I am back on this side of town, this will be the closest US Bank branch to my home and I'm pretty happy with that! The parking lot is plentiful and they offer 2 points of ATM access which includes a 24 hour drive-thru version. I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who efficiently assisted me with doing a change of address, order a new debit card (I lost my previous one during the move, make a deposit, and order some new checks... all in less than 10 minutes and at the teller booth. Convenient! The drive-thru lines for deposits and withdrawals are always a breeze too. No complaints here! TIP: The website boasts that this location is open on Saturdays but I am almost certain that when I attempted to visit a few months ago, they were closed? I will try again soon and update then!

They finally got a decent ATM kiosk for the drive-thru, not as advanced as Bank of America but still pretty futuristic. One time, the security guard here picked up a 4-digit money order that I dropped in their parking lot and held it for me till I realized (after driving off) that it wasn't under my passenger seat or in the glove box- man that sucked for like 15 minutes! HE gets 5 stars. But it's still a bank and I gotta blow off some steam one way or another... Don't you hate it when you're the ONLY customer in the roped off line at a place like this and someone traipses in on their cell phone and stands 9 inches behind you? I just wanna windmill at the hips with my arms fully extended and be like- I SHOULD BE ABLE TO STRETCH MY BACK OUT, WHENEVER I WANT! (slap slap!) #personalspace TIP: pay any person or business with their online bill-pay. I used to think it had to be a utility company but you can enter a name / address and US Bank will send them a check "from you". Ordering check books is so 2000-&-lame!
