Great products, but the workers were extremely rude. I was waiting in line, I was the only one in line. The workers were talking to each other and looked me and then kept talking. This went on for 5 min. I finally just put my items back and left.

Ordered a shirt while in stock but it was canceled. Assuming UO didn't correctly enter the stock and only offered a small coupon for the inconvenience. Super frustrating as it was available when I purchased and days later they canceled my order.

Nice UO, not a tons of stuff for men but my wife enjoyed all the women’s clothes and accessories. They have several huge racks of women’s clothing on sale with additional 50% off! My wife got some nice pants and was very happy with the sale on top of sale price. They also played Taylor Swift loud for the entire 45 min we were there which I could do without but whatever. ;)

Overall great experience just a little pricey for it being mass made. I enjoyed the Tennessee specific items in the front though. Like the cowboy hat and such.

I placed an order, paid for shipping, waited over 10 days to receive the order, without any warning or explanation the order was canceled and refunded. These were items to be placed inside gift bags.? What a disappointing disaster!!
