The associate was very patient and helpful. They helped me out through the entire process and was a very good experience overall. Especially appreciate the transparency with the prices and the right suggestions for my needs. Nobody tried to sell unnecessary services to me.

I had a great experience at this UPS Store! The new staff was kind, helpful, and worked efficiently to get everything done quickly. I shipped my granddaughter’s birthday gift through them, and they made sure it was handled with care. Everything was smooth and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend this location!

Do not go to this store! I repeat, do not go to this store if you want good customer service and/or competent service. They are incompetent here and do not understand basic dignity. The guy in charge is as bad as the basic workers. Don’t even waste your time trying to be nice because it won’t work.

I was in line at this UPS Store this afternoon. When I witnessed something so unprofessional, I decided to turn around and leave.
A customer ahead of me was calmly waiting his turn when the employee behind the counter suddenly raised her voice, accusing him of standing too close to another customer and demanding that he move behind what she called an “imaginary line.” There was no visible marker on the floor—just an arbitrary rule she was aggressively enforcing.
When the customer respectfully asked for clarification, she refused to explain, wouldn’t serve him, and began shouting instead of de-escalating. It was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate.
If this is how customers are treated here, I want no part of it. I left without mailing my package and won’t be returning. Management seriously needs to take a hard look at how this store is being run.

Disrespectful Management and Zero Accountability
Yet another frustrating visit to this UPS Store—and this time, the issue came straight from the top. While customers were already annoyed by the long wait, the manager had the audacity to scold everyone, telling us to “line up straight” like we were schoolchildren. It was condescending and completely unnecessary.
What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability. I checked the reviews afterward, and it’s clear this manager only responds to 5-star praise. Not a single response to legitimate concerns or 1-star feedback. That says everything about how much they care: if you’re not handing out compliments, they’re not interested in hearing from you.
This location has made it painfully clear that respect, service, and professionalism are optional here. Do yourself a favor—take your business elsewhere.

Nickel-and-Dimed for Basic Service – Disappointing
This UPS Store has officially lost my business. I came in with an Amazon return, already boxed and ready to go—just needed a quick drop-off. Instead, the employee informed me that I had to pay just to seal the box with their tape.
Seriously? One strip of tape, and they’re charging for it. No courtesy, no explanation—just an automatic upsell on something that should be standard, especially for Amazon returns. It felt like a petty money grab.
Between the unprofessional attitude and the constant surprise charges, this location is doing a great job of pushing customers away. I’ll be taking my returns—and everything else—somewhere more honest and respectful.

Charged for My Own Box – Unethical and Frustrating
This UPS Store just keeps finding new ways to disappoint. I came in to drop off an Amazon return using my own packaging—something I’ve done many times before without issue. To my surprise, the employee told me I had to pay for the box… the one I brought from home.
When I questioned it, she gave me a dismissive response, as if I should’ve known better. There was no explanation, no effort to clarify Amazon’s return policy—just a charge for something that clearly didn’t make sense.
It felt like they were trying to squeeze money out of a service that should’ve been free. Completely unprofessional and honestly, dishonest. I won’t be returning to this location again.

One of the Worst Service Experiences I've Ever Had
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too unbelievable not to share. I walked into this UPS Store hoping for a quick, simple transaction—and instead walked into what felt like a scene from a bad sitcom.
The employee who assisted me was literally eating chicken wings at the counter. No gloves. No handwashing. She handled my items with the same greasy fingers she was using to dig into her food. It was not only unprofessional, it was downright unsanitary.
Beyond the hygiene issue, the overall attitude was careless and dismissive. It felt like customer service was the last thing on anyone’s mind. Honestly, I walked out wondering if this was a prank.
If you value basic courtesy—or clean hands—do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
