We took three Lego sets to the UPS store to return to Amazon. The clerk was so helpful and quick, and didn’t talk down to a slow tech learner. In and out in a breeze- so easy!

I went to the UPS Store #2529 in Nashville, Tennessee to return 4 items to Amazon. The associate who handled my returns was very kind, efficient & informative on how my returns would process. My experience while in th UPS store was perfect!

The Notary guy is one of the rudest person I have seen. He was extremely rude and disrespectful to us. Before even I explain him what Notary work I need to do he started telling me what is legal and illegal. he just doesn’t want to do the work. The young lady up front was nice when we walked in. This was my last visit to this store. I used to come frequently but never ever again.
