It's not the Nashville location's fault specifically. Dealing with UPS is just miserable. You pay extra to reschedule a delivery, they don't deliver and don't follow up, you spend forever trying to make the robot let you speak to a human, they forward you to 4 different people, none of whom can help, the Nashville office can't get your package off a truck at 1 in the afternoon because they already left, then they miss the delivery window the next day so your day's messed up. Every time I've received something via UPS it's something like this. Will try to avoid vendors who use them.

I think this UPS hub is hiring the methheads that were fired by Fed Ex to sort for them. I’ve had several packages go thru here recently that are mis-sorted and end up in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and/or Ohio in route to Knoxville. Keep up the good work!

An employee at this location stole my package, opened the box, stole my items, and replaced with garbage they had laying around. They then had the nerve to deliver the garbage to me. UPS support no help. Legal action will be taken. Items were custom, 1 of 1, worth a lot of $ and they just vanished. Avoid at all costs. Thieves rampant. Disgusting.

Hours are unique in my view--opening in the afternoon. I'm sure there's a reason. But it's worth the wait. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Makes the drudgery of shipping or returning a package simple and easy. Glad they are close in the neighborhood.

The staff here is always So kind and helpful! I haven’t had to ever wait long even during a busy time. I very much prefer stopping here to drop packages!

The ladies at the desk were rude and unhelpful and told me incorrect information. I had contacted the sender who told me I would be able to pick my package up here and that ups had set aside my package to be picked up (I missed the driver at 9am) so I drove all the way out (about 30 min from my house). I walk in and the ladies at the desk immediately glare at me and tell me there’s nothing they can do and that their supervisor will be calling me sometime within the next hour and will be able to get the package to me shortly even though they are closing shortly. Supervisor calls and tells me the package has already been sorted into the facility and that I can pick it up tomorrow. I asked her nicely to please look or do anything she can to help me find it because it’s my moms birthday gift and she tells me there’s nothing she can do. I’m unsure of who didn’t do their job on this one but even if they weren’t able to get my package to me tonight, (I understand if you can’t you just can’t) both the workers and supervisor were super rude and just seemed like they didn’t wanna do anything to help let alone help a girl out that desperately needed it. I went through an hour long process of being on the phone with ups and the company I ordered from to be able to pick it up at this location because it was my moms birthday today and I wanted to be able to give her her gift before she flies back home.

If your package land on this facility it probably going to take them a week to get to you or they probably stolen it they don't even let you pick up the package very very bad

Package delayed 3 days now getting really irritating dealing with this most of the times using UPS which is very seldom and can call but no one gives you a right answer it's all just the same answers in the delay emails

I ordered a POS system from Wix and had it delivered to my business address. due to my business still being vacant and being renovated they assumed that there was no business there. I received an email to update my address or to pick it up at the ups store located on white creeks pike. I chose pick up. I asked the representative over the phone What did I need to bring with me in order to pick up my shipment. She advised me to bring my identification card. 3pm I arrived at the ups store and was greeted by a rude and unfriendly UPS employee. I told her I was picking up an I showed her my ID that matched my package. she then proceeded to ask me if I had an ID that matches my business. I told her no and that nobody has an ID with the same address as their business on it. She then asked if I had anything to match the address of the business but I was not advised to bring the lease to the building if I was I would have. I asked the employee to go get a supervisor. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come and speak with me. The woman that returned was not a supervisor, but advised me that she was security. She then proceeded to ask me all type of questions that had nothing to do with picking up my package. She asked me what type of business I run, what is wix, which they were the sender, When will my business be up and running then she asked for my telephone number and proceeded to call my number, I guess just to verify that I was who I said I was but my ID clearly matched the name that was on the package so I don’t understand why I was put through this. after about 20 minutes of going back-and-forth. They finally allowed me to take my package worse experience I’ve ever had with UPS and hopefully I don’t have to ever go through it again.

Working here keeps you in shape for sure. All the supervisors are cool. Any problems you have, they'll help you with.
