My driver gets out of the truck with a note already filled out and leaves without attempting to deliver my package. My daughter observed this and tried to stop him. He ignored her and got back in his truck. UPS needs to fix this. Two days in a row now.

John is the best! Always nice, always professional, and always has a smile on his face. John is willing to help and answers any question I may have. This is definitely my go to UPS store!

I recently visited The UPS Store in Green Hills and was incredibly impressed by the service I received from an employee named Lexi. She truly went above and beyond to assist me with a last-minute packaging request that could have been extremely frustrating due to physical disability that makes me unable to use my right hand. More often than not, I feel awkward in these situations, however Lexi handled herself and my disability with class, respect and understanding beyond her years. Clone her. We need more people in the world just like her. She should be commended for her excellent customer service. I will absolutely return to your store and I will bring my friends!
Please thank Lexi for me and let her know that she turned what could have been an awkward moment into a positive experience, and I'm truly grateful.

I came into store 2863 to ship something fragile and the person that helped me was Lexington. I was in a hurry and upset because of traffic and Lexington was very pleasant and patient with me. She worked quickly but effectively to recommend what I needed to get my item safely to it’s destination and get me on my way. I really appreciate the store focusing on great training and also hiring such wonderful employees. I would definitely recommend you visit this store and ask for Lexington. I will for sure be back!! Thanks again.
