This UPS location is the best one I've ever been to! Especially after the management change last month, ive noticed a lot of change. The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Whether I'm dropping off a package or picking up a delivery, the process is always smooth and efficient. The facility itself is clean, well-organized, and equipped with the latest technology to ensure quick and accurate service. I appreciate the exceptional service I receive every time I visit this UPS location. Keep up the fantastic work!

I've been less than impressed with the service at this location for the last several months. I've watched the employees be super rude to other customers in line ahead of me and they act like it's so inconvenient for them to do their job...honestly, when I can avoid going here and go to another store, I usually will wait to do shipping elsewhere. Or just mentally prepare that I'm going to need to work with someone who could care less about helping or doing their job.Their hours aren't always accurate either, but I think the biggest reason I would give them a low rating is the level of customer service you're likely to receive here.

When we walked in, nobody, including the person at the counter said a word, or acknowledged us in any way. The vapid mute at the counter processed two UPS packages (while essentially looking at the floor) then, when we handed him a USPS package, he curtly told us, "We don't do those." (Wow, he can speak, sort of.) Then, blank stare. The sadly common attitude of us versus the customer instead of we are here to serve the customer. Might have been nicer to say something like, 'Sorry folks, we don't take post office packages here.' I know some UPS Stores take those packages, and some don't, so that is not my issue. My issue is, what the heck happened to even basic manners and communication skills. I am not sure this character ever even made eye contact with us. Who raises these useless, entitled wastes of protoplasm...and who hires them and doesn't train them to at least acknowledge customers and exercise some degree of politeness and concern for customer service?

Waited here from 8:45am until 9am to drop off multiple packages…online and sign on the door say 9am Saturday open but if you call the hours of operations message says 10am.

Please, please, please adjust the hours on your sign and online if they're no longer accurate. Because when your own sign says you open at 9 a.m., and I'm standing in front of your store at 10:15 a.m. in the summer heat carrying several packages to ship and trying to open a door that's locked even as I watch an employee moving around inside and ignoring me ... can you see the frustration?

Waited in line for 10 minutes and she was still on the same customer. She was reading up on how to ship this certain item. She was the only one working. She had a smile, but very very slow. She did say that everyone called off, so they had to call her in on her day off. I felt bad for the girl. She might be new I don’t know. I ended up leaving because if she took 10 minutes for one customer, they were five customers in front of me.

Booked luggage storage here through bounce, took an Uber that cost $35 only to find the UPS store was closed even though they’re supposed to be open. Sunday hours are 11-4 and it’s 11:40. Multiple people showed up to drop off packages and were disappointed as well.
