My driver gets out of the truck with a note already filled out and leaves without attempting to deliver my package. My daughter observed this and tried to stop him. He ignored her and got back in his truck. UPS needs to fix this.

Owner (manager) is always attentive when clients come in the door. He assigns a staff member to assist and if they are busy, he is first to help with whatever I need. I absolutely wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else for mailing, shipping, printing or copying needs. He has a well-trained and courteous staff who follow his fine example with clients

I came in today to send some documents abroad and I was worried about getting my paperwork there on time. However, Rodrigo, went above and beyond to explain everything to me and helped me out pick the right envelope, after picking the wrong one! Great kid, very professional.

I needed to do a little bit of self-service printing, and I need to do it tonight. I can’t drive, so I took an Uber over there. They wanted to charge me $5 to get on the computer to do it, and it would cost more depending on how long I use the computer. I’m only willing to pay for doing my self-service prints. That’s ridiculous! If I’d known that’ I’d have taken an Uner to Staples & then gone to a couple more stores in the area while I was at it.

Had an excellent experience, I came on Sunday April 13th at 4:45pm and both staff members working went out of their way to help me first they helped me find the cheapest option. Side note use the ups app and sign up for mychoice shipping. They also stayed late to assist with processing my package which was going to Canada, all in all a fantastic experience right at closing time.

Amazon returns are so easy and there is hardly ever a line for Amazon! The staff is friendly!
