Always get great service at this location. Clark was good and thorough; he got labels printed and even used an extra box to guarantee both products' safe delivery back to Amazon! Thanks for your help, Clark!??

Mr Glass and Brody were very helpful and patient. Amazons new return process is very frustrating, they were understanding, helpful, and patient while I was trying to figure out this new process. Great customer service like these two gave is hard to find. Kudos to them. Thank you both!

I needed a notary at 8:30 am on a Monday. Most of their stores said the Notary doesn't com in till 10:00. But this store had a notary on site early in the morning. It was a huge help that day.

daughter, they called me that the envelope was sent and torn again to the embassy, now I have to buy another envelope and send it inside another envelope

I had to have something notarized and it was a Saturday so I came here. I’ve never had something notarized in my life so I was unfamiliar with the process. I had it filled out prior to coming here and was told “for future, don’t sign it before you come in cause I could void this whole thing right now”. I apologized and that was that. Then he had me change the date by my signature and I accidentally wrote the wrong date. He then proceeded to tell me “you are really not good at this” and shook his head and sighed. I’m sorry but again, this was my first time doing this and was not familiar on the right or wrong way to do it. This man should not be dealing with the public with an attitude like this. I walked out of there in tears as I felt so incredibly stupid.

I was in town for quite some time for work and had to use this UPS for Amazon returns 4 times. In each visit I received some of the driest customer service. Not once did I hear the clerks say hello to any customer. They also clearly cannot stand their job. I recommend some customer service etiquette be reviewed before you lose business.

Every time I come in this store, someone has an attitude problem. It was never directly with me, but always something I observed. Then I come in this week to mail a return, mind you it was 6:56 pm and the store closes at 7 pm. As I was walking in, Kenny P is already trying to lock the doors. I immediately said, “I’m so sorry, I told my partner to drive to FedEx since you close soon but he didn’t hear me” he just rolls his eyes and asked if it’s for Amazon and I said it’s a return but not via Amazon, I just need to mail it. He scoffs and asks me for my number, didn’t hear me right and asked for it again with an attitude. Then when he asks me for the name for the return, I give him mine and try to explain that the seller wants my first name and order number for the first line and he cuts me off and asks me for the name again with an attitude, clearly not willing to enter it as I’m asking. At this point, I absolutely cussed him out and walked out. This man hates his job or just hates life in general. Everyone has to work, don’t try to make it so miserable for everyone around you. And he took a picture of our car as we left, for what? To say some woman hurt his feelings? To follow us home? To make sure we don’t come back to a store we are already willingly never coming back to? Ridiculous. You have continued to have the same reviews. Maybe actually firing and hiring different people would help.

Employees always have attitude. I’m not expecting them to go above and beyond, just decent respect. If you don’t like your job get a new one. Idk if they hire all formerly convicted prisoners here like FedEx does or what but that’s what it seems like everytime I visit.
