When you lock the door 10 min before close AND all your customers that were inside leave before closing time, you've really screwed your customers over. I got lucky that one of the big brown trucks rolled up so through the open roll-up door I was able to get the attention of what seemed like a manager. He said when they're on the desk alone they're allowed to lock the door 5 minutes early. Well that doesn't explain why the locked door 10 min when 2 guys were on the counter taking packages. He directed me to the door to the mailboxes and from their the front counter. One of the counter employees was very unhappy to see me asking how I got in. The other did the receipt and labeled and took the box that had to sent that day. I left before close. It's clear we have a labor shortage when that jerk of a person is still there weeks later. Most of the people are plenty good but this guy (and at least 1 more) are definitely bad apples.

Great service at this UPS store. Knowledgeable and friendly service, with explanations of services available to meet my needs. Reasonably priced. My first time there; will go back!

Just had a terrible customer service experience. Staff member, Clark had zero personality and definitely made me feel like I and my business was a bother. He ruined my afternoon with his blank and SMUG demeanor and obvious ageism he displayed towards me. Good going Clark, hope you feel good about yourself! He could have offered the input at the beginning of my transaction that he was going to charge for taping and packing the small box I purchased from him. He said nothing other than quoting my shipping cost and box cost . That was the only information offered until after transaction was complete. BTW: I packed the box in front of him so that service charge was bogus.

Brian and Parroush were so helpful! I have 15 gift boxes to send and they were extremely patient and helpful with entering all the information in and making sure I was taken care of. Brian even helped me carry in my boxes from the car. Fantastic and seamless experience all around!

Attitude!!New build and pretty but felt like they were going out of their way to be unhelpful.Service was essentially classic DMV. (Not the TN ones. Those are way better service than this.) Not kidding and not going back.

Avoid this UPS store. They mishandled a shipment causing it to be routed back to them, and then charged me to re-ship it again. Charging your customers for your mistakes is unacceptable.

Paid for package to be shipped - never was. They needed a suite number to deliver but didn’t call or contact me until two months later when they were about to get rid of the package (UPS Collections). Would have been great if they contacted me when is issue was happening, not two months later when they were about to throw it away.Mug inside package ended up being broken and customer service in the store and on the phone was terrible.

Such a great experience at my UPS store today. Caleb helped me box and label things I needed to return. I had no idea what I was doing but he handled it.On another note I saw the cutest little plate on a car outside the store. what a great day at UPS.

$2 to print a shipping return label is crazy price gouging for people who don't have their own printer. Plus, not open on Sundays, one of the staff members is super passive aggressive and the parking lot is always full even when there's almost no one in the store.
