Love this UPS store. They are so quick and helpful every time you go, and don’t act like you’re dumb for not knowing how to do their job like so many other mail workers I’ve encountered. The guy with the blonde curly hair and earrings is always there and has helped me seamlessly multiple times. Kid deserves a raise no matter what he’s making. Also, Ryan or Brian was the other gentleman who helped me and was super nice as well.

Parroush was an amazing help! I didn’t think I was going to find a box to fit my package, and he jumped in and saved the day. He went out of his way to help find a great solution and helped me box it. I barely had to lift a finger. It made my day. Thank you!

Great Notary Service for Marriage Documents!!!!
We used the UPS notary service for our marriage paperwork and had a great experience. The staff was professional, quick, and helpful—making the process stress-free during a busy time. Everything was done accurately and efficiently. Highly recommended!

Parroush is the best. He's professional, provides impeccable customer service with grace, efficiency, speed, and knowledge. Parroush runs this location like he owns the place. Staff seem content and playful which reflects back to Parroush and his leadership. Please provide Parroush more than a $10 bonus for this review. Bump him to corporate or something that's at the level of his intellect and aptitude - he is an asset that this branch owner MUST honor and properly compensate.

I used Charlie and his gang for three large shipments: a large leather chair to Toronto, five 250-year old family heirloom chairs, to central Vermont, and a very large primitive chest-on-chest to Toronto Canada. Charlie and his team went out of their way to make the pick up as convenient as possible, and then packed everything in sturdy boxes back at the shop. Best of all, everything arrived on time in perfect condition. Thank you Charlie and your wonderful helpers. You may use me as a reference anytime.

If you want to experience some true Southern hospitality head straight to this UPS store. I had three large packages on a cart and was struggling to get in their door while four employees were standing behind the counter assisting zero customers. When I said something to them about my displeasure of none of them offering to come open the door, I was informed that it was not in their job application description to open doors. Very rude. I don't understand how people in customer service can keep jobs with that type of attitude.. if I could give zero Stars I would

I walked in right after ppaying for car repairs, needing to find a UPS location to scan 1 receipt. Brady was so helpful and hispatient. You caan decipher a genuine person who understands how hard it is to survive, whole being professional. Way to go. My Friday vibes just earned a smile thanks to you.:-).
