I was not pleased with the way the gentleman working on Friday morning was treating me.
I asked a simple question about how to print and he said I was “making it too complicated BUDDY…” I felt like leaving the store because of his attitude!
I asked that question because not long ago I would simply email my document to the stores email address and then they would print it and I would simply pickup and pay. Now you can’t do it that way, hence my question….. …after explaining that to him, he said that because of that HE had to buy an expensive new computer??? I was really confused by that comment.
I found him to be very rude and with bad customer service.

I love UPS. The staff is super nice and it’s easy in and out. Parking can be a challenge, but outside of that it’s great!

The staff is fine here, but this is a terrible location. Only a few parking spots (that are usually taken) and it’s incredibly difficult to get in and out. It’s nice having a local UPS store close by, but I’m going to keep using a different location.

We had a great experience at this UPS store today and were helped promptly with a smile from Polly.
She was very patient as I had 3 larger boxes to ship earlier this week and another 2 today. She was super friendly, quick, and professional.
Being kind is free, and it is amazing people like Polly who make the world a better place.
Thank you for your kindness, Polly, and keep up the good work! We need more of you in this world!

The customer service was great would recommend this store to any one. Tia, Destyne, and Tyrese were so much help and this is a great team and helped me with everything i needed! Nicest ups store I’ve been too! They are so fricking awesome

Who ever thought putting a "UPS pick up spot" in this location was not in their right mind. No parking, heavy traffic not allowing easy arrival or departure. Ill never use it again.

I don't mind having to bag and seal my Amazon return myself, since it's free no matter what. However, if I'm not finished and still standing there and haven't put my package in the drop yet, don't bring another person over to the spot. That pushes me into the corner and now I have your staff member and another stranger in my personal space. I was almost done. She could have waited the 10 more seconds it took me to finish. That's not good customer service. If you're not going to help me get it done quickly, don't rush me and get in my personal space. Very rude.

Every time I’ve come here I’ve had an amazing experience! They are incredibly kind and willing to work with you to figure out any problem. And it’s affordable! I printed my wedding program here and they did it for half of the cost FedEx quoted me for!

I have not had positive encounters with most of the employees at this UPS location. They are not particularly friendly or helpful. Last week I tried to mail a 5lb box to Colorado and was told the cheapest option would be $35. This is absurd! I went home and used Shippo to create a UPS label for the same 5lb box and it cost me $11.
