I was not pleased with the way the gentleman working on Friday morning was treating me.
I asked a simple question about how to print and he said I was “making it too complicated BUDDY…” I felt like leaving the store because of his attitude!
I asked that question because not long ago I would simply email my document to the stores email address and then they would print it and I would simply pickup and pay. Now you can’t do it that way, hence my question….. …after explaining that to him, he said that because of that HE had to buy an expensive new computer??? I was really confused by that comment.
I found him to be very rude and with bad customer service.

I love UPS. The staff is super nice and it’s easy in and out. Parking can be a challenge, but outside of that it’s great!

The staff is fine here, but this is a terrible location. Only a few parking spots (that are usually taken) and it’s incredibly difficult to get in and out. It’s nice having a local UPS store close by, but I’m going to keep using a different location.
