Dajana, the manager, was kind enough to let me ship packages to her UPs Store and hold them for us until we arrived from out of the country to the Bitcoin Conference. I was extremely happy to pay the very fair handling fees so that we could take our fun stuff back home with us. Thank you Dajana!!!

UPDATE** They did finally receive the post cards, 2 months after I mailed them.I mailed 2 postcards for my granddaughters while staying at the hotel. A stamp cost more because you're paying the upcharge. I have been home now for almost 3 weeks, my granddaughters never received the postcards.

Super quick. Didn’t have a chance to get the gentlemen’s name. But very easy. Was kind and helpful. It’s on the 3rd floor of the Omni hotel in case you have trouble finding it like I did.

Miguel and Adriana (I think is her name) are literally rockstars. Super hard working, personable, and highly capable. They went above and beyond for us and were so so patient with our numerous requests and shipping challenges. Apart from the ridiculous fee the hotel charges per box to ship, this is the best UPS experience I’ve ever had customer service wise. Thank you thank you!

I live close to here so I have no choice to go to this ups living downtown. It’s worst ups I’ve ever been. They all share 1 brain and try to rip you off w the prices. I tried shipping a small watch they said 33 dollars.. I know they don’t get paid well but that is insane.. ..they trying to make extra cash.. not on my watch.. I even got charged for Amazon once until manager came out…every time I go in there they over charge, have no idea what’s going on and if there’s a line the other employees are always in the back.. the Omni should be ashamed of the service and prices. Beware!

They really went above and beyond to help me send some souvenir gift items home. From helping to select the appropriate packaging to their patience with me as I assembled the package, as well as allowing me to come back when I realized I forgot to include an item, it was a remarkable experience.

Terrible experience. Wildly inefficient. They took 20 minutes and couldn’t print my label. And then they wanted to charge me a surprise $35 fee. Highly disappointed and I left without shipping my package.

Was just there had to ship items out from a business event. Didn't get the gentleman's name working the counter, he was awesome! Super helpful and went out of his way to assist in getting the packages shipped. Great Customer Service .

Went at 3:45, nobody there. Waited 40 minutes (per the “back in 15-30” sign on the counter), nothing. Very disappointing.
