The service department always does an excellent job servicing our 2020 Kia Telluride that we bought here in Rivergate. Kenneth always greets me personally and is great to deal with. Great communicators and feel safe driving away after they service the “Tellie”. A repeat customer and will happily return.

My appt was scheduled for 10:20 on 9/7. When I arrived at 10:10 there was a line of cars all the way up to the front of the showroom floor, waiting to get into the bay to be checked in, I sat in that line for 25 mins before somebody got to me. I've been coming to Kia since 2014 and all visits were on Sat for all my service needs and have never seen such a mad house. Never heard a word on what was happening or had happened. My thinking was that customers were overbooked? And there was only one worker there trying to get ppl checked in and he was also cashing ppl out, so he was doing double duty.

they had a used Kia that seemed to be good value according to KBB...time will tell but seems to be a good car so far
do not expect the dealership to make you feel good about any of the small stuff. the car came with worn tires and only one key that barely works. when i asked them to replace them or offer me new ones at cost they told me to kick rocks.
the finance guy tried to trick me into a warranty and convince me that the sales guy gave me bad info about the manufacturer warranty after i sat in an empty office for 90 minutes (they want you to be mentally drained)
so its an average dealership that will do average car dealer things

My visit was delightful. Most of the employees were very professional. My salesman Mr Matlock was great. I love my new K5, I would like to make a suggestion thought, Mr Bubba in your finance could really use one of those desk that puts all the documents down in front of the buyer and you just click and are finished in half the time it takes now Have a great weekend
