Paid extra to get my purchase by a certain date and the carrier hasn’t even picked it up yet and it’s supposed to be delivered today!Please do not put dates on your website if you can’t guarantee delivery by that date!

I truly love the jewelry. The store in Charleston was amazing. The staff there awesome. I decided to buy my Daughter a pair of earrings of line for her wedding. I paid extra to have them delivered in time for her dressfitting. I ordered 5 days ago. The package is still in Nashville . No thanks I will never buy from this store online i live only4hours from Nashville. This is horrible experience

My wife came here for the first time on her birthday and not one employee greeted her, asked if she needed help or even acknowledged her. There was no one else in the store and all employees were upfront talking. Just disappointing and unfortunate.

I purchased a few things over the years but let me tell you the jewelry here doesn't last very long, I had silver triangle earrings I bought that lasted me only 9 months before they turned gray/black yet I am very good at taking care of my jewelry and never once did I let them touch water or perfume. I have jewelry from Forever 21 that lasts longer in terms of longevity this place isn't it.

I paid expedited shipping ($24) for my order in order to receive it in time for a gift exchange I was attending. The items came in on time, but 1 of the 2 items was damaged. I immediately reached out to customer service to see if they could send a new one right away. I heard from them 5 days later, which was the day of the event. They offered me store credit or a refund. I asked for my shipping expenses too and they said no because they arrived on time. I followed up with a phone call and explained the situation- same answer. Very disappointed!

Customer service was great! Had some parking trouble and the manager was so kind and helped us. Immediately ran to do whatever she could to support us. Items and selection were great! Will visit again!

I finally visited Nashville because of the tv coverage. I was disappointed in this store. KC is a baller and she seems to know quality things. She went on record saying it was the best year ever. Might be time to reinvest/update the storefront and the line. Gorjana is a great example of products ranging from affordable to premium that do not tarnish. They last until they're out of style. I'm sure there's more to this story or it's just time for a consultant.

If you're thinking about ordering online, don't do it! If there's any shipping issue at all, they refuse to do anything until 14 days after the supposed shipment. If you're "lucky" enough to deal with Steph from customer service, she'll simply copy and paste the same customer unfriendly policy over and over, blame their shipping company, play the victim, etc. Ultimately, she'll waste more time doing this than it would take to fix the issue in the first place. She also stated that they're not allowed to reach out to other departments, so she can't even follow-up to see if they items actually shipped. It seems like Kristin may need to rethink this hobby because they certainly don't care about customers which will likely end up with them going out of business.
