I generally love Ulta. The customer service on the sales floor was good, the woman at check out was short and stand off-ish. I took my niece to start getting her the essentials.I bought her an Ulta brand prep and prime essential set. We got it home and opened it up and the eyeshadow primer is TOTALLY dried up this is the first time Ulta has ever let me down and I am incredibly disappointed

Obnoxious self centered rude employees, they have no clue about the items in the store and promotions The manager is an ignorant self absorbed moron . They are trying to copy West coast style , good luck you gave years to catch up since you're so backwards. Zero service they just hang around and chit chat they don't even know why they came to work

I went into Ulta over the weekend and Milan helped me and my sister at check out. She was ABOVE AND BEYOND helpful and had such great insight on the products. We ended up purchasing more and saving all thanks to her. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at an ulta ever especially the mall at green hills. Thank you Milan!!!

Store is a basic Ulta—lots of fun items at multiple price points, bright and clean. I like that I can get drugstore products as well as high end things in one place where I can also ask for advice.Went in on Wednesday with 2 of my friends and had a nice experience. We were asked if we needed help but not followed or pestered by anyone. Employees were accessible/easy to find and ready to help which is rare these days in my opinion!Milan was at the checkout and had VERY helpful suggestions on our purchases. She was incredibly sweet and funny and we really enjoyed talking with her and truly appreciated her input. She also gave us samples which is always a bonus!

I had a great experience at the Green Hills Ulta tonight! Ali went out of her way, including staying a few minutes after her shift ended, to recommend products, listen to my concerns and help me find what I needed. Employees like her make businesses stronger and make customers like me come back every time!

Plenty of choices to pick from. When checking out, the checkout queue was one line and moved fast with multiple registers. The prices were less than the other similar stores.

I had a horrible experience at this ulta today, I asked a sales associate for a recommendation of moisturizer and hyaluronic acid. She then proceeded to ask me who told me that I needed that and then told me her only recommendation to me, was to drink some water. Very rude and frankly embarrassing that I was simply asking for her recommendations and she wouldn’t give them to me and just told me to drink some water. I then left the store without purchasing any of the things I had already picked up to purchase. I also called the store and asked to speak to a manager, all the manager said to me was “well sorry.” Really truly disgusted by my entire experience. Go to Sephora, they are so much nicer.

My girlfriend loves Ulta and always finds products she wants there. If they don't have it in store normally you can order it for free shipping while you're there!
