Customer service was appalling, I have never experienced such abhorrent and antagonistic behavior from a gas station attendant. I asked the attendant, Lisa, for 20 on pump 8, she shakes her head no. When I inquired why, she rudely responds “You see there bags on all of the pumps”. It just so happens, there is no bag on my pump (which is why I chose it). Lisa then sarcastically adds, “Even if there’s bags on all the other ones why would you assume you can get gas from that one.” The comment and her tone was very inappropriate so I proceed to ask for her name and the General Mangers information. She refuses to give me the information. So I step away from the register and begin googling a corporate number on my phone. Lisa proceeds to yell (numerous times)”HAVE A NICE DAY MA’AM”. After the fifth time shouting at me, she calls the general manager ,Marissa, and tells an very one sided account of our interaction. Once she puts Marissa on speaker and I tell my account, Marissa nonchalantly responds that she will “handle” the situation on her next shift. No apologies, nor acknowledgment of the repugnant representation of Twice Daily. 0 out 10 would not recommend I’d rather run out of gas than have someone speak to me in such a disgusting manner ???
