Often SLOW service. May 20: 5 people in line, more entering. One register open even with 3 employees. Took about 5 minutes to pay. Most Twice Daily's are fast. This one is clean, well-run otherwise, but VERY SLOW.

Went to get a family member a coke, first they were out of medium lids so I had to get a large. Once I got the coke to them it was diet, even though it came out of the regular coke fountain. They’re allergic to artificial sweeteners so there goes that.

Says 24 hours but the employees on night shift lock the front door when they feel like it and stare at you through the window.

When I pulled up at store, the employee got in her car, lights off in store and after about 10 minutes sitting in her car she started her car and left. This is very unprofessional like esp when this store is suppose to be open 24 hours. They do this all the time, lock the doors and sit outside not letting customers in. This is absolutely ridiculous ?

Best customer service ever, Truly kind and helpful employees. The cashier lady that works on night shift helped me charge my phone since my phone was completely dead and wouldn't charge without the fast charger plugged into the wall. She was the sweetest ever! ❤️

False advertising that they are open 24hrs, yet here I am at 12:23am Wednesday the 18th and they are closed yet again. This happens almost every single night. Lights are on there just isn’t any employees

Rhonda was extremely unprofessional.. I held my hand with my money out and she gave me some d*** look. So I set the money on the counter and waited. She said don’t throw that at me!!! For an assistant manager that’s very very off putting.. I’ve worked retail and sales so I understand people have bad days however that’s completely unnecessary! Especially since I was polite till she caught attitude..

I stopped in on a Friday Morning around 730am. When I went in the line was about 6 deep. Made my soda and grabbed a couple of Gatorade. The line was now 10 deep. The person behind the register evidently was new and unsure of what to do. As we all stood there waiting another employee came out with a couple breakfast sandwiches. She had no concern that there was a line. The cashier asked her a question and she helped him so she obviously knew how to run the register. She went back to the back. I then left because if the lack of customer service. Beautiful store inside but won't be back.

I work down the road early in the mornings..i set my time to stop web site said open. I'm here its 3:06.web site says open girl in the kitchen says 10 min. Are ya open or What I wait 10 min.then nothing .3:26 you do know people have to work right. And the one of two coffee pots out and the other one almost,,, out and COLD.
