Focuses on the legs all the time typically classes start 10 minutes late but God forbid you show up late and you will not be allowed to go into class staff is rude and unhelpful exercises are not explained thoroughly. If you're looking to work on your upper body this is definitely not the place for you as they only have one day where they do very little upper body exercise what a joke of an exercise facility

The BEST gym in Nashville. Trumav offers open gym & HIIT classes - both of which are top notch! Each trainer is fantastic, and offers their own unique expertise to their training/coaching sessions. After just a couple weeks of becoming a member, I felt like I was part of a big family. Everyone is encouraging, friendly, and always there to push you to meet your goals. 10/10 recommend joining this top-notch facility.

I have been going to Trumav since they originally opened in January 2019 and have loved it ever since! It has been a place I look forward to going to, had made some very good friends, and feel right at home! I definitely recommend.

I am so happy I discovered this gym. I love the structure of the workouts, how many calories I burn per class and being able to see my progress on the screens from wearing the heart monitor you get with membership. The trainers are so helpful and so motivational. I don't feel judged, and I always feel so good after my workouts. If you live in Nashville or even visiting take a class!

This place is clean, equipment is superrrrr nice, staff is welcoming, friendly, and motivating, and overall great vibes. Classes are only 24 min of work so you’re in and out in 45 min. Also love that they take time to stretch at the end. The ONLY thing is this place needs a few morning parking spots. Getting harder and harder the closer you get into city center. Love TruMav!
