July the 7th we go in to the store in nashville. Buy a pair shorts, supposed to be 50% off. We get to the count to pay he tell us they 30% off when the whole store saying 50%.. So today July 8th we come back there not open . Didn't open until 12pm. We there website say 10 am. God help this store and there workers. Yes today the Manger was there saying she needs some help. The same older white lady.

Everytime I’m in the store Andrea is super helpful! She takes her time helping each customer individually and it doesn’t matter what the problem is she’s patient and helps in the best way possible! I couldn’t have asked for better service!

The manager that worked today 12/11/2022 has the worst communication skills ever. I tried returning a delivery I had received to exchange the jacket, but she was consistently telling me something she can’t do when the other manager that was there before her had already done it

Wow where do I begin ! We were mistreated by the lady manager she is a white older female as soon as we walked in she said you guys need to leave since there is an 8 person capacity so we waited outside , after 2 people got out we went in we had bought sweat pants for me and my husband as we are regular customers and spend a lot of money in this store , so we went to show her that my husbands top sweatshirt had a big hole in it and as we are showing her the hole she yelled and said “ CAN YOU LET THE SHIRT GO SO I CAN SEE IT “ she screamed so loud my baby started crying and everyone was looking and scared because at this point she got so close to our faces I thought she will attack us!! We then told her ma’am we only came to change this sweatshirt no need to be angry “ she then replied “ no one is angry but your next one will most likely be the same” and we were thinking okay no one Should buy clothing with holes in them especially for their prices since their prices are very high and this sweatshirt was $136.00 she then changed the shirt and slammed it on the counter she did not apologize not a good night did not say one thing !! We were yelled at and treated very poorly she yelled at us we were afraid she will attack us my baby cried for a long time after this happened!! We need help we need to talk about this matter to higher management please someone reach out to me this lady does not belong there she should not be there to yell at customers for no reason customers should not be afraid of her! PLEASE HELP WE ARE TERRIFIED AND HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !!!

Every time I go into this location Andrea is so very helpful. She goes over and beyond to assist customers. I have seen her provide exemplary service to everyone that she assists. Customer Service in all arenas isn’t what it use to be and that makes Andrea’s knowledge, professionalism, helpfulness and courtesy even more appreciated.

Andrea and Mason was so professional and went over and beyond with their customer service skills. First visit Andreafigured how to resolve the issue with calm and positive attitude!!! 2nd visit I had asked Mason for his advice on an item and with his response it went great together!!
