“Beautiful buildings/facilities. And as mentioned before, it's definitely an interesting location for a hub.Drivers lounge is adequate. Washer & dryer available, pets welcome but not on furniture and bathrooms are clean.If its your first time, don't go to the top of the hill with your semi - to the prettiest P&S building. You won't find any parking up there or a turn around for you.The yard staff & shop staff were cool and helpful in figuring out where the drivers lounge etc was located.As far as company culture and supporting their drivers as stated on their website, it's all smoke & mirrors. A Company I use to trust, but not anymore. Mistakes happen, but I'm not talking about simple mistakes. Mistakes imply an honest unpremeditated oopsie. And our experience was anything but. Onto bigger, better things. Otherwise think twice.”
“I have worked for U.S Corrections and U.S. Prisoner Transport (both companies now merged under PTS) for over five years and have been treated with nothing but respect. When I needed time off for family issues it was granted every time; when I asked for help I was given it.My initial pay grade was minimal, as with any company, and as I progressed in the company I was given raises accordingly. Yes the hours are long when assigned to a ground unit (Vans and busses), however, I and the persons hired with me were told that in our training.In reading the other reviews here, I have noticed that former prisoners and their family members, as well disgruntled and terminated former employees seem to be the majority of the complaints.The company is contracted to move prisoners by courts, sheriffs offices and state corrections agencies, to mention a few. The prisoners transported are treated in accordance with requirements set forth under federal law and mandates. Are the prisoners coddled? No. Are the prisoners shackled and handcuffed? Yes, required by law. If prisoners expect to be pampered while being transported and imprisoned, they have very unreasonable expectations. Don't blame the transport agency or the jurisdiction requesting the transport... don't commit crimes.”

Well, I’ll just say that I’ve been around this location to know that this job requires dealing with some customers that are not the easiest people to deal with. That said, when you read some of these negative reviews, I’d take them with a grain of salt because I’d guess the folks writing them are……not the sharpest pencils in the box.”
