“I rarely leave reviews. We were traveling from Ohio to Louisiana, and our 2500 hd diesel truck broke down, complex wiring problem with the fuse box. Wasn’t going to be easy. Chris got us in, and completed the work on our schedule, not theirs, price was reasonable, and Treated me like I was an every day customer. “Everyone else I called from my broke down car on I24/I65 split at Trinity lane exit in 100+ degree heat wanted $150 diagnostic fee just to look at it and that wouldn't be until next day. I called Dave, and he said he'd wait for me and my tow and only charged me $20! He perfectly diagnosed it as my cooling fan but also noted my S belt was a hot mess and only half there. Also, I was 2qrts low on oil, which he put in free of charge. With his instructions, I made it all the way home to Clarksville, no problem. He didn't do the work for me and knew he wouldn't be doing the work for me but was so sweet and helpful anyway. I got the parts at Autozone and had a friend do the work. The check engine light is off and my a/c is blowing ice cold with no hiccups. THANK YOU, DAVE! YOU'RE AN ANGEL!”

“I was traveling through Nashville when I got a coolant leak and took my cruze to larrys.. he was able to stop the leak but once I made it to knoxville my water pump went out.. pep boys changed that out for me but they had also told me I had a cracked valve cover. Once I returned back to my home state I called Larry and he said he would pay to get it replaced no problem which was awesome! I took it into a shop in my hometown they checked everything to find out if I actually did have a cracked valve cover. According to them I do not so I did not need to replace it but the fact that Larry was willing to foot the bill and admit it could've been his misdoing should say enough about what an honest mechanic he is! Definitely recommend!”
“Came in late in the day with an engine misfire. These guys got the car in asap, diagnosed it, and fixed it all within an hour before they closed to that I could get back on the road. “Ordered an Allison model 1000 transmission. Delivered next day. Waiting longer for radiator and transmission cooler than the Allison unit. I’ve always used and recommended Jasper. The fact that they R&D engines and transmissions and upgrade or beef up the typical failure spots will keep me coming back. This makes a 4.0l Jeep motor and an Allison transmission I’ve replaced. They also have a no beef warranty with replacement charges paid no matter where you are as long as it’s installed by an authorized Jasper installer and replaced by a Jasper installer should it fail.”
“This is a family run business that has been in this location since the 1970s and cares about their customers. Mike Wurster goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy. You will get a professional repair and save money compared to dealer prices. Wurster's is the garage for foreign cars in the middle Tn area and the only one I trust.”

“My Aunt led me to this place.. said they were the best in town and they did not let down. I called and told them what I thought was wrong , they gave me an around price for if that was the problem. When they got my car , upon inspection they seen it was on the back instead of the front which made it even cheaper then what they quoted at first . I’m very happy with the work they done. They were Honest , and fast. My Car was finished the next day and that’s only because i didn’t get my car there until they were closing the day before. I won’t go any where else now. “My issue was that the car did not start. I replaced a bunch of parts ( no reason to list them all) but on my own I didnt notice the issue. I paid for multiple diagnostics afterwards, but these guys found the issue the same day. They found out my stater cable was broken and ceased further diagnosis b/c they were skilled enough to know that HAD to be the cause of my issue. I was charged $350 total.. diagnostic included. Honest mechanics,
and reasonable pricing considering it is a mechanic shop lol.. Although i slightly feel like I shouldve received a full diagnostic anyways.. Im overly happy they were able to find the issue and fix it quickly. I very rarely leave good reviews, but my experience was fantastic here. I was recommended by two different friends.”
