I drove 45 minutes there yesterday (they are the closest one to me) looking for the blue hydrangeas, (which they had plenty 2 weeks ago) and for my surprise, they didn’t have a single one, today was my baby shower, when I asked one of the workers if they had more in the back, she told me no, only the ones they already had on display, I told her my situation and that today was my baby shower and they were suppose to be the centerpieces, she quickly offered to call the closest store and check with them, she took me to the manager, he called the green hills store, they had it, and he kindly asked for them to reserve that for me because his client was on the way. It might not seem much, but for me, this was such a sweet moment and they were so happy to help, I felt heard and taken care of…
They could’ve left on “I’m sorry we don’t have it” but they went a step further, and I’m very happy! My tables turned out amazing with my blue hydrangeas ?

Sandy is incredible! We were looking for a seasonal cereal and she confirmed they were out of stock. We also told her we were at the store to pick up flowers for our wedding. She overheard our 4 year old son talking about peanut butter so a few minutes later she brought us a peanut butter cereal and flowers that were going to be covered by the store as a wedding gift. She was so helpful with our questions and at check out. Her willingness to go above and beyond was much appreciated!! Thanks Sandy :)

Our first time in a Trader Joe's and a food stocker notices us and introduces himself. Matthew, upon hearing its our first time, immediately gives us a personal tour of goodies and makes sure we know where to find him in case we have more questions. This isn't a manager guys(at least I dont think so), he's just that happy to share what Trader Joe's offers. Great vibes, unique food that makes you feel good to eat, and prices that don't make you question putting things back. Thank goodness, cause your cart fills up quick! Go! Then go again. We're not brainwashed(like I previously thought), it's just that good.
