Different bike shops may carry the same bikes, but not all human experience of buying and servicing bikes are equal. Today, I had the pleasure and good fortune of being assisted by Phillip, and I must say he is a true gentleman: incredibly professional and polite. I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service today.Thank you, Phillip, for your kind demeanor and your incredible offer to not only provide a professional pack and ship service for my bicycle but also to go the extra miles, literally, by personally driving to pick it up after working hours and bringing it to the store so that I can receive it as early as possible. If you want to pay retail plus, this is the place to go – they’re not interested in making you any sort of deal, if you want to support local business, they make it difficult. You can find the same bikes online for much less. Employees are surly and act like you are wasting their time. Avoid.

Great store to find just the bike for you! I drove an hour to get an Electra cruiser bike from this store and was very happy with the process. Ordered the bike and it was ready within 4 days. They explained the warranty and that adjustments were free the first year of ownership. Very happy with the staff and my new bike!!

Trace Bikes has a great staff and top notch service! They did a excellent job resurrecting a couple old bikes for me. I also got a new mountain bike. I ordered exactly what I wanted and they had it ready for me in a couple days. When I picked up the new bike they spent time to take me through the bike's features which are much more advance than my old bike. The experience made getting my new bike as much fun as it was getting a new bike when I was a kid.

Scott helped me in selecting and buying the kind of bike I wanted. I was 74 years old when I bought my Electra cruiser with seven gears. He helped with accessories and installed them. The staff at Trace Bikes has done a good job each year of giving my bike a complete inspection. Yesterday I picked up my bike after the inspection. I had 2,200 miles on it. I rode 32 miles today. It was delightful. The weather was ideal. They installed new batteries in the speedometer, properly inflated the tires, and inspected everything on it. Excellent customer service. The staff at Trace Bikes is knowledgeable, respectful and super friendly. They spend time with their customers and explain in detail, but also in layman’s terms, about products and repairs. I have tried other bike shops, but found none have the expertise that Trace Bikes does. I trust them to ensure I am getting the best, but also most economical, product for my money. They have earned my repeat business.

A go to favorite bike shop. They always have what I need. With super friendly and quick reliable service you can’t go wrong. They also have some good group rides. The staff is great highly recommend it.

I had a bike fitting with Scott. Professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He discussed positioning on the bike drawing from years of experience as both a rider and fitting expert. I've found my local bike shop!

Great full-service bike shop. This has been my bike shop for over 13 years. You can trust their mechanics to fix what needs to be fixed. Trace is the place to go no matter if you are an experienced rider or if you are a new one. I highly recommend them.
