Great location, you can pick up the on/off tour across the street. $7 uber ride to party row. Rooms great size, clean , service wonderful at front desk. Great breakfast included.Only complaint are the room doors are loud when they close.

This place was a great find. The location was perfect for getting to Broadway and various restaurants. We parked our car and caught an Uber to where we needed to go. (Nightly parking charge was a bit pricey $42 but that's the cost of safety protection) Front desk staff was fabulous. The young woman in the evening at check in was informative. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The Moonshot cafe is a great coffee cafe. Fresh roasted coffee was excellent. We bought 2 lbs for Thanksgiving. Great that the cafe has accessibility for the public. Marriott should consider developing this Moonshot cafe through it's other venues. Natalie and Emily were friendly and informative.Rooms: Great room. This is an extended stay hotel with mini kitchen. Very comfortable.

Forced valet parking is an invasion of privacy. Not everybody wants other random people driving their car with personal stuff in it and possibly damaging the vehicle. They also keep you keys so you can't just pop into your car if you need something. Dumbest thing I've ever heard.

Beautiful hotel, but wow the location is not great. I was put on the Lower Level looking at a bail-bond business and a sidewalk 2 feet from my window. Front door was locked when I arrived and it took a bit for them to find my reservation. No acknowledgement of being of being a platinum customer or my preferred high floor. Breakfast was basic, but always fresh. Sharing the view from my room window.Rooms: Very nice room!Safety: QuestionableWalkability: Not a great walkable location, I did not feel safe at night.Food & drinks: Always fresh and a nice little coffee shop too.

What a lovely experience at this hotel, it’s stylish, modern, and located close to the Musicians Hall of Fame. Service was great and everyone was friendly and willing to share a lot about Nashville. Autumn is the name, big kudos to her for making me and my partner feel at home.

The freshest staff I've encountered. Here for a business trip. Checked in at 10pm after a long day of taveling. No one at valet. Had to leave my car unattended until valet decided to show up. Receptionist yelling that valet was justified. Total mess and unprofessionalism. Room is excellent and very clean. Kitchenette with microwave included.Reading the other reviews, it's clear they immediately went for the racist card. Unfortunately, it happens.

Stayed there over a long weekend on a recent trip to Nashville. Nice hotel, great service and location. The hotel bar/restaurant on the rooftop is nice.

Room was clean, quiet and accessible. Can’t really ask for too much more. Had chance to check out rooftop bar one night and it’s ok, nothing too exciting but nice to have. Whenever I return to Nashville I look forward to staying here!

This was a great hotel. Very comfortable room, great room service. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is quiet but nice and the bartender was great. If you book this hotel just know it isn’t within walking distance to Broadway but the Ubers were quick and reasonable. The rooms were nice and quiet and being off Broadway I enjoyed not having the constant load noise outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel- the roof top is amazing especially at night time. A bit far from Broadway and the district but close to the Capitol and the Musicians hall of fame!Clean rooms, modern design. Very comfortable.

This hotel is wonderful. Every staff member I came across was professional and friendly. My room was clean, a great size and quiet. Rooftop restaurant food was delicious.

We had a family event from Aug 4 through Aug 6. We had family members meeting us for the event from several different states. As we had a large contingent, we rented a suite with a city view at $500/night.We saw the prison, a rooftop, and a parking lot. We were disappointed with the city view, to say the least. When we received our car from the valet, we received it damaged. The hotel, which only offers valet parking, said that we needed to deal with the valet company. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice however were not concerned with our issues.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and the hotel seemed fairly new. It's not walking distance to Broadway Street so we took an Uber. The ride wasn't very long and only cost about $8.00 on a week night. Great value if you're traveling on a budget and can't stay closer to the heart of downtown. Across the street there is a bail bonds place and a police station but we didn't hear or see any kind of disruptions on our stay.
