While visiting Nashville I needed an oilchange on my f250. Called to see if they could get me in. They said they could and would take a couple of hours arrived at dealership a 9am. After 3 hrs I checked to see progress on truck. I was told everyone was going to lunch for an hour and it would be sometime after that. Got my keys and left. Should have told me earlier they couldn't get to it. Wasted my time.

Just dropped my truck off for a check engine light. My Service Advisor, Jason, was very courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. Looking forward to a good experience.

PLEASE READ: This single Mom, nursing student, with an ill child, they had my car for a month, finally fixed it under the warranty, agreed to pay all rental charges in which even Ford Customer Relations said this is true, it was owed to me, and I even used less than the allowance for the rental car, owe me 1100.00 and Daniel Wilson REFUSED to pay me, so my car was taken this morning with all computers for my child’s Homebound and my nursing school due to this and PRESTIGE FINANCIAL WITH their lies. I WILL BE HAVING THEM INVESTIGATED, both companies, among more if I make it through this. I have never in my life seen such CRUELTY!

I went to visit the Ford dealer in Madison, the truth is that they are very responsive because they explained all the doubts to me and especially with the contract, everything was very detailed in Spanish and they also offer the guarantees that you want. Ask what guarantee do you want for your vehicle? They don't give you anything that you don't know, unlike other agencies that don't ask the client and above all there is a person who is very supportive of Latinos, he is very kind, just ask for ISAAC, he will do everything possible to help you and get your vehicle approved. . ( I went to visit the Ford dealership in Madison, TN. Service Department decided to rebuild the transmission on my Ranger, even though I had 0 symptoms, there was a TSB on it… but can’t do that without symptoms….. . Never even diagnosed the Check Engine light that I brought it in for. Complete waste of time and they just sucked up the Ford money for the warranty work. Very unethical, and I will NEVER set foot in this dealer again.
Edit- still no contact from dealer, but dont really care. But to go with unethical warranty work, they are careless with their clean up. My entire transmission pan, was COVERED in transmission fluid on the outside. No leaks thank god, but they didn't even clean up their work. Im starting to question the entire truck now.
Also, they reported 176,xxx miles to the Ford app. Truck has 30k……… 100% not trustworthy.
Avoid this dealer and service department at all costs.
Edit #2- they failed to reinstall a heatshield between the exhaust and transmission pan. ANOTHER trip to ANOTHER dealer because of their shady and hack job mechanics.

The lack of care, communication, and service is atrocious. They've had my care since July 2nd, they have not called me ONCE for an update, I have had to call every single time. They tell me it's a transmission issue under warranty. I finally get an email on the 18th that my car is ready. They didn't have my information up front and it takes awhile to get my car. It finally pulls up, I get in and can't even get my car out of the lot because it's not accelerating. They take my car back and tell me I'll hear from a manager. Days pass, I hear nothing, I call and was told I "should've been informed" that theres now a clutch issue that isn't under warranty. They can't even give me an estimate or timeline, they said they'd have to call me back. When I ask why they told me my car was READY when they clearly didn't test it - they said "Once we put the car in park, we completed our service it had to drive out of the service spot so we did what Ford told us to do." So, you drove MY CAR a few feet, parked it, then watched as is STRUGGLED to drive a few more feet before stopping and that you service was complete?
