These people are awesome with cleaning and alterations. But I am currently extremely frustrated because they will not answer their phone and I am out of town trying to authorize someone to pick up my clothing for me! Really! Please call me 615-969-8737.

Several times I received shirts back after laundry service with broken buttons. They suggest I need to do dry cleaning for all my shirts rather than laundry. Otherwise they can not guarantee that my shirts will be returned without broken buttons.

Do NOT use this service. They lost a very expensive cashmere coat of mine. I pre-paid to have it cleaned when I picked up my other items and they told me it would be another week. I went back to pick it up and they said they didn't have it!!!!!! They didn't even reverse the prepaid charge of getting it cleaned!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED (Green Hills Location ticket has 4117 Hillsboro Pike Nashville TN 37215), first when I dropped off Monday p.m., I was not number one customer you could tell the clerk was somewhere else in mind. I explained in DETAIL I need HEAVY STARCH (that was noted on my pick up / pay stub) and NOT to CREASE the military patch to flat iron (she said Oh they "pressers I assume" will know to do that) I needed a really good crisp dry clean on my sons Military Uniform. My surprise this a.m. the BDU was so flimsy - not even sure starch was used, at that point I told the clerk that "heavy starch" means the uniform or item would feel like a cardboard, she agreed, the new sewn on two patches sure enough had a huge crease on the right side- indicated to clerk, she offered to redo, I told her I can do a better job now, no time to wait a day. I told the clerk I didn't mean to make her day bad, she said I don't take it personally. I asked for owner's name, she gave me first name, would not offer phone number or owners email but the store number and then said the owner is never there maybe on Saturday sometime. WOW great customer service again. I asked the clerk to ask the owner to call me, if owner calls me back I will post again some positive news that she did call or I will post again she never called! I paid $13 for a professional laundry, press job, what I got I could have done with my iron and board. I took to them and paid for them to do a professional job.. SO disappointed.
