WARNING: PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS***RAFI ALSO OWNS ZOOM WRECKERS TOWING****We originally needed Rafi to tow our truck to our residence because it was broken down. We had no desire to fix this truck because we didn’t want it anymore (it was in bad shape and we just wanted to scrap it). He offered to check it out and give us a free diagnostic so we agreed to it. He proceeded to fix issues in the truck THAT WE DID NOT AGREE TO and refused to give it back to us. We did not sign any documents giving him permission to work on the truck and he originally was gonna charge us $600 to give us the truck back.Rafi is a professional scammer and has scammed people all through Nashville and lavergne. His business is under a fake LLC and isn’t even active on BBB. He is running a fraudulent business and getting away with it. Please do not fall for his tricks. He’s not a nice guy. Nothing he is offering is for free. He’s a liar. I have proof in texts where I told him not to work on the car until I give him permission. He still proceeded to do so. DO NOT SUPPORT HIM

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIs PLACE ITS A SCAM DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! We had it serviced at Nissan that Monday we had purchased on Saturday. It never even made it in our parking lot. Towed 4 times. Awful awful customer service and refused to hold up to his word this is a very dishonest man.

Lying thieving company. They asked for a deposit which is completely fine I totally get it. I paid it with no argument. Asked if we didn't get the vehicle if it was refundable the guy said yes not a problem we called the next day told him we weren't going to be able to and he said not a problem we asked about the deposit and now he won't refund it.
