I bought tires from them on October 30th of 2023. Now the tires have excessive weather cracks and the wore out so quickly and didn't pass DOT roadside inspection. Will be placing a claim this week in hopes they do something.

Bought a pair of recaps for offroad use.. Mounted them up on brand new wheels, set at 45 psi ,and set in shop overnight.. Next morning one was flat and the 4" of bead was blowed around front a wheel.. Puzzled I dismounted tire and sent in pictures of what happened.. I quickly got denied and said I tore the bead in tire machine, warranty denied. Granted the sidewalls are paper thin and easily fall right on a wheel.. I have ran the same tire machine for 15+ years in a tire shop.. Sad way to do business.. Would not run these on anything highway related..

So honest!! Someone hacked my debit card. Thomas caught the disparity in the billing and shipping addresses, canceled the order, and refunded my money. How wonderful that he was more concerned with what was the right thing to do instead of worrying about losing almost $900.00 in sales. Restores my faith in people!

I’ve bought 3 sets from them. The first 2 were great, the last set was absolutely awful. 2 tire shops were unable to balance any of the tires they sent me. This is the last time I will buy from them.

Buyer Beware! Shipped me 4 tires, none of which can be balanced, won’t return emails and won’t cover them under warranty. Fraudulent Company, look elsewhere. Sad to see places like this exist.

Bought 8 drive tires 2 of them have lost there treads , damaged my truck .. they are unwilling too take them back , or offer anything but the same tires that are failing , Al, this with less than 250 miles on them . Tbean

Excellent customer service. Had a problem with 2 of my tires. No questions asked they sent me 2 more to replace the other 2. Would highly recommend. Also the tires are great!

Bought a set of retreads from here, had them shipped and then had them mounted and balanced. Drove great at first, but crazy loud and then after only ~300 miles the tread on two of the tires started coming off. Not safe tires, and company isn't owning up to it.

I ordered these tires on a Friday. They were delivered the next Wednesday. That Friday in upstate NY we got 24+ inches of snow. These tires were by far the best tire I've plowed with. Absolute traction monsters. I got the upgraded winter tread "the crushed acorns"... Does it work? It's hard to say yes or no, but hey for 12 bucks! Don't be a cheapskate, because it certainly didn't hurt the tire. Overall great experience. Will definitely buy again!

Not good so far bought a set of 4 bf Goodrich look alike all terrains had them mounted and balanced had to put alot of weights on them still. All 4 are separating on the side wall after a 100 miles called and told them what was going on. Oh that is normal. Had my daughter drive it on the highway followed her the side walls come completely out away from the tire about 2 to 3 inches at highway speeds. I have never seen anything like it before. I bought a set of treadwrite tires for my FJ and no separation on the sidewalls they have 65k miles on them. I am going g to call these guys again on Monday I hope they make it right. Not happy at all with this purchase.
