Do not buy tires from the crooks because if you buy tires and do not go back and have your alignment with them when they want you to your tires are not covered under warranty. Plus they charged for a alignment they never did

My wife went in for an oil change and ended up getting her tires changed as well. Started out with just replacing 2 tires but we ended up upgrading to 4 tires. I don't know if it was lost in communication between the office and the shop. we got charged for an oil change and 4 tires plus the fees for 4 tires and only got 2 tires replaced. And she was treated rudely by multiple workers during this experience. I feel this visit would have been different if i was there, and not currently deployed overseas

Your employee with the long scraggly beard, I hope he is somehow your best employee and customers just don't know it. But he's the reason I won't be back. There was just no reason for how I was treated today. I called ahead. I was not rude. I've never seen anyone go out of their way to just give someone a bad experience. Is it because I'm a woman? Whatever it is, I hope it was worth it. I've had great experiences with your other employees, but this experience was not worth the chance again.

Customer service isn’t hard. If you’re too busy to keep customers up to date, then you need more help or assistance from corporate. I dropped off my vehicle first thing in the morning, for an alignment and tire R&B. Was told I’d receive a call when it was ready. At an hour until close I called because I’d gotten no word. I was told it was ready but they didn’t do the R&B bc of my tire size. This was the first I’d heard of the issue. The lack of the R&B is not a concern; I understand they didn’t have the equipment for my application. The lack of any communication is the concern. I’ll not be visiting this location again. Cannot trust them to communicate on issues.

Made appointment 5 days ago and specifically said I had to wait on my car. I was assured that I wouldn't have to wait long. Well I showed up for my appointment and I and another customer had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to wait on us. When we finally seen an employee I told them that I had an appointment. He said it would be 3 or 4 hours before they could work on my car. I guess they don't understand the meaning of an appointment. If it wasn't for the free oil change I'm due for purchasing new tires and the fact that I'm stuck with this place for the life of these tires I wouldn't be back. I guess I gotta make an appointment when I'm able to spend the entire day with them.

Clearly this is a very busy location, I arrived at opening and there was a line of people waiting to speak with the service advisor. He was extremely professional and polite even when some of the people in line were quite frankly rude and abrupt. When it was my turn he completely explained the scope of work and the timeline. I appreciated his straightforward manner. In less time than he estimated my car service was completed. The checkout process was quick and the young lady who check me out was amazing with her ability to multi task handling my transaction, answering calls and dealing with other customers. As a first time customer I would not hesitate to use this location anytime my vehicle needs service in the future..
Kudos to this business and their employees!

Add an appointment at 11:00 period is now 2:00. And they haven't touched the truck. So I'm leaving now but they are talking about Kobe and Michael Jordan playing basketball which neither of them are alive so let's carry on and get these cars out of the Bay

Dropped my car off at 11 AM for an oil change, came back at 6:30 PM, and it still wasn’t done. Very disappointed with the service.

This place is the worst. Absolute trash customer service. Make an 8AM appointment every time for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and it takes them until 7PM close to get it done. You have to badger them to get prioritized even with the first appointment time of the day. You wait around so long you have to leave, which is all fine until you call back later several times only to still not be ready or even in the shop yet. If that isn't bad enough, they'll tell you they will call you when it's ready, but they won't. Then they will close without calling you, and they have no lock boxes available for when you pay over the phone and pickup after hours due to their incompetence and disorganization. Also, maybe recap the service total before straight up asking for payment. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that knows how to communicate. Maybe they will see this, do the hokey-pokey and turn themselves around, but I doubt it.

They pulled a classic bait and switch on me. Told them I wanted Continental tires on my car when I made the appointment and was told by the manager that they didn't have my specific tire but they had a different Continental tire. I agreed and when I arrived to get my car my car had 4 General tires on it. They're excuse was General is made by Continental...When I asked the manager about this he gave me a Trump smirk and said I didn't say that. Instead of ordering the tire I wanted, which I would have gladly waited for, he used his existing inventory and to his credit, he got away with it. Needless to say he won't be getting anymore of my money. Good job to Chip, the manager, you got me.

I called to see if they had a specific tire as I needed just one that had a cut that couldn't be patched. They didn't have it in stock and their supplier was on backorder but advised if I could find one they could install. I found one at the dealer and took it in about 5:00 for them to install the next day as they were slammed. By 6:00 they notified me that they worked me in and it was installed and ready to go. Amazingly fast service and everyone was really friendly! Can't say enough about the awesome service here - thanks so much!

Excellent and quick service! We are visiting from Florida and got a screw in a tire. These people took care of us in a fast and caring way, changing what could have been a bad experience when you are traveling into an fun adventure.Thank you so much for your empathy and help!
