“I called on a Monday morning after flying in Sunday night to a flat tire. Their schedule was full, but they told me they would do their best to work me in. After sending a few pics and tire size/type, I received a text stating they would be there between 10-10:30. They arrived promptly at 10:00 and by 10:17, I had a new tire on my vehicle and was on the road. Incredible service and Joe was awesome. Very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.

“This Discount Tire staff is efficient and knowledgeable. They are unfailingly courteous, patient and friendly. They replace or repair tires, for free if still covered, and help choose new tires. My only suggestion is to make an appointment if it isn’t an emergency and you don’t have a ride. A couple of times I have called to make an appointment. They have said to just come on over because they aren’t busy and I ended up in their waiting room for 2-1/2 to 3 hours because other walk-ins got there first. Otherwise, I highly recommend them”

“I needed help quickly, I ran over a wedge of steel and needed my tire repaired, I couldn't wait all day because I have a job interview today. Faris Tire Shop was able to get me in and patch my tire. I was back on the road in 30 minutes. Fair prices, friendly service. The owner even helped guide me past my blind spot as I backed out.
All the other places I called wanted to sell me a new set of tires (without even looking at them) and had a long wait.
I'll absolutely be a returning customer.

“While driving on the interstate, a couple of contractors dropped a drill off their truck along with its parts and one of the drill bits ended up in my rear tire!!!! We stopped in town to checkout an event at the fairgrounds when we discovered our leaking tired. The guys at McDuffees were awesome!! They had us in the garage and back out on the road in less than 30 minutes!!!! If you have any automotive needs these guys can handle it! I even saw a young lady in there getting her car checked out, and the fella at the counter told her the issue was out of their wheelhouse. He was kind to her explaining the situation and then refused to charge her for the diagnostics. I was impressed all the way around with these guys!!!”

“I went to Main Street tires in a total panic. Another shop had quoted me $4,000 in unexpected repairs. I was skeptical because they were major issues I didn’t think could have been a surprise.
I brought my car to Main Street, they gave it a thorough look and found my car to be absolutely fine.
They did not take advantage of my vulnerability and were incredibly kind in my time of panic.
I cannot be more thankful for Main Street tires and their trustworthiness which can be hard to find in these situations.

“Had been to, or talked to, at least 15 other places about a tire issue I had. Not only did they hook me up with a great priced tire, but they did what almost every other company around said they couldn't. They were able to fix my aftermarket rim and get the tire mounted on it after i was told it couldn't be done so why would they even try. This company also, instead of getting me for the tire plug for the screw found in my other tire, was able to remove it and notice it didn't puncture all the way through, so a plug wasn't even needed. Hard working honest folks here and will be returning to them for all of my future tire needs.”
“I rarely leave reviews. We were traveling from Ohio to Louisiana, and our 2500 hd diesel truck broke down, complex wiring problem with the fuse box. Wasn’t going to be easy. Chris got us in, and completed the work on our schedule, not theirs, price was reasonable, and Treated me like I was an every day customer. This is a garage I would use every time if I lived in Nashville.

The guys are so friendly and knowledgeable, I can say that bc I’ve been to this location three times this 2024 year thus far lol Feb 2024 for two tires, March 2024 for two tires (can’t purchase all four at once bc I can’t afford that), and then this morning Oct 2024 the nozzle was leaking and my tire was going flat flat. All that to say they are very efficient, affordable (as can be), and 13 stars actually. Plus they answer the phone when I call. A secret gem amongst the rest that are near. Stay golden!”
