They kept charging me for renter’s insurance after my lease was up. When I called to fix this and politely asked them to refund the extra two months that they charged me, Lisa yelled insults at me and hung up on me! Highly unprofessional, please go to a therapist.

We just returned to Nashville to share Thanksgiving with our children and grandkids. We are Florida residents; however, we maintain a home in Franklin and keep a vehicle there. We place the insurance on hold for that portion of the year we are absent.This morning I called the John Shaffer Insurance Agency, expecting a long call to have the coverage placed back in force.Definitely not the case, my call was answered on the first ring by a real person, Carol Stuart. She was efficient, polite, and charming. I briefly explained what I needed and she replied, “I will take care of it”. I heard a few keyboard clicks, and she returned the call and advised I would receive two emails one which had to be signed and the other furnishing new insurance cards. That was it! She closed by wishing us a “Happy Thanksgiving”. By far the best experience I have had with an insurance company.

I shopped around multiple agencies. This Nashville State farm office easily had the best prices, the best staff, and customer service! Tim was great to work with, and helped answer all of my questions! They made the process quick and easy. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for the best prices and great customer service.

The service is AWESOME! I switched from another company that could’ve cared less about what I needed or was looking for in a company. The staff will do whatever it takes to give the best service. I had Lisa herself come all the way to my job just for a signature that was needed, despite I was at work and literally clear across town! All the office staff people are nice and easy to talk to and most importantly are happy to help. Genuine people who actually care... Thank you Tim I appreciate you guys.

I just had moved to Nashville and was forced to get my own home insurance. that was quite stressful in itself but this office made it SO EASY. The staff was quick to help me understand how my bill would change and adjust that for me as necessary. Always have been amazingly responsive and professional service. I feel lucky to have found them upon moving here! 15/10 recommend working with them for all your insurance needs!

This place is a company who puts the customer first. The staff provides professional & friendly service. Very knowledgeable. I love all the discounts we get. Including Drive safe & Save and Homeowners insurance bundle. They also have accident forgiveness. This office cares about their customers. Very reliable. They know who I am when I call. They have a home town vibe. I would definitely recommend them. See this place for the best Service!
