The variety of bird food, feeders, accessories and houses are great! The gentleman that was there when I visited a few days ago was very helpful when I asked about finches.
I’ll have to visit the shop anytime I come back to Nashville!

Just love it! Everything about the Wood Thrush Shop is perfect, massive selection, well organized, any kind of bird feed you can imagine, reasonable prices, and extremely smart and nice employees who really know their products and obviously love what they do. I look forward to going in there. The observance and partnership that man has with nature is perhaps the greatest therapy, and I feel the Wood Thrush Shop are our counselors.

A little birdie told me The Wood Thrush was a solid choice for Suet Feeders. They weren't lyin'! The store has a great selection and the owner is well-studied in current ornithological research; a knowledgeable man with conservative values. 5 stars.

While visiting Nashville we stumbled upon this shop and we are so happy we did. They have incredible customer service, great prices, and such a relaxing shopping atmosphere. Their selection of merchanside is wonderful, and they offer complimentary gift wrapping with the most adorbale wrapping paper. This is a great store definitley reccomend stopping in.

They have a outstanding collection of everything needed for the backyard bird watching and feeding enthusiasts. Extremely nice, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for such a pleasant visit and I look forward to many more in the future. I will definitely be returning often.

Went by there just yesterday to look for bird feed. Was a very nice shop for bird houses..food..different feeders..all kinds of bird sounds..whistles..roosting houses!! Fun looking at all the kinds of things pertaining to birds..interesting!! If you like having birds in your yard and enjoy the different types and what you cam do to attract different ones..this is the shop for you!! Stop in and check it out!???❤??☺???????????????

Perfect place for birders. Good inventory, fair prices, knowledgeable staff. Good premium feeds, especially bulk seeds, and live mealworms.Also, lots of different bird-themed gifts. If you are getting a gift for someone who is into birds/birding, this is a good place.

Fabulous shop and extremely helpful and knowledgable service from James. We bought bird feeders and attachment for decking - the attachment was wrong - it was changed with no questions. We took James’s recommendation on bird seed and the birds appeared within 24 hours, all seed gone in 72 hours and feeder needed refilling. My Husband bought me new binoculars which are fantastic. Thank you for your patience and advice, I love your shop!

A family member recently moved to TN. I live in Colorado and I wanted to get them a special gift from a local shop. Extremely disappointed customer! I bought a set of wind chimes here about a year ago (as everything in this shop, they were certainly not cheap).It recently fell apart completely, and I brought it back and showed the guy at the counter. He seemed surprised and said that it probably should have lasted longer. Since he didn't offer to replace them, I asked if he would at least be willing to give me some kind of a discount, anything at all, on another set. He flatly declined with no apology. Instead he informed me that I would need to take it up with the manufacturer. Are you kidding me? What happened to customer service and wanting to retain customers? I definitely won't be purchasing anything from here in the future and will warn my friends as well.Addendum: Actually, John, Jacob's Chimes come with a lifetime guarantee, as is clearly stated on their website. I'm surprised you weren't aware of this since you directed me to this website and are obviously one of their retailers. In any case, they are sending me a new one. Now that's great customer service. I would think it would have been worth a little bit of your time and effort to take care of this yourself and keep a customer happy.
