The Tile Shop has a large selection of tiles from very high end, to affordable. We are shopping for tile for a bathroom project, and they had several styles that will likely work for us.
The staff was the “Goldilocks” of helpful…they are approachable when you need them with all the answers, but they’re not in your face trying to sell you.
The product is arranged so it’s easy to view. And the bathroom and kitchen mockups are really helpful to help envision how certain tiles will work together.
It’s a large store with plenty of room to walk around, and plenty of parking.

Hannah Hughes helped us and was super professional, kind and helpful. We needed to replace a specific tile that broke - within seconds she found the right match and helped us throughout the process. This is not the first time we purchased in this store - always a great experience. Thank you!

This place tells you that you can return unused tiles. When you go to return the tiles they tell you it’s only full boxes. The place is a joke & salespeople lie to your face. I will never deal with this place again & I’m letting everyone I know about this establishments shady practices. STAY AWAY FROM THE TILE SHOP.

Madison is THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!!!
She helped me and my husband in prompt manner in helping us picking out tile and ordering it. Her attitude was SO positive and never got frustrated with 10+ calls in a day. She managed to get it all done in an hour! I have never had someone be so patient and efficient at their work. Definitely will recommend this store to all of our family and friends. We now wish that we only came to this store from the beginning of our project. Thank you so much and sincere respect for Madison & her work ethics.

Three years ago I stopped in here while working on my master bathroom; I was never greeted, welcomed or even spoken to. After looking around for well over an hour I left more overwhelmed than when I had arrived. I didn’t think too much about the experience as I ended up purchasing tile from another tile store in town.
However, I recently moved and started a bathroom remodel project. The contractor recommended I shop at The Tile Shop; Begrudgingly, I went back to this shop expecting the same cold shoulder I had received before. I was absolutely shocked by my experience!!
The showroom is clean (even smells good!), the staff are kind and courteous and attentive to all customers coming into the store. I ended up working with the store manager, Trent- and was absolutely thrilled with his service. He listened to my likes and dislikes and he obviously knew his product well. Trent figured out what I was looking for and created a design on a table for me in no time! He brought up elements and details that would have never crossed my mind. Such as edging for my walls and shampoo box, even a marble piece for my doorway transition to the wood in my bedroom (genius!).
This store is well maintained, well managed and the people are one of a kind! I cannot say enough good things about my experience at The Tile Shop in Nashville and my now BEAUTIFUL bathroom. I would recommend anyone shop here first as I will never shop anywhere else for my tile needs.

I had the BEST experience at The Tile Shop. I was having trouble finding exactly what I wanted and Gary came to my rescue. We had it knocked out in 15 minutes with his suggestions and guidance. He is SO talented and helpful. He was a joy to work with. Trent is also so friendly and helpful. They took all the stress out of buying everything we needed for our bathroom remodel. I HIGHLY recommend shopping here for all your tile needs!

We had such a good experience at the Tile Shop with Madison. I’ve visited many other tile places and Madison made the process so easy. I was very indecisive and she was patient and thorough. Highly recommend working with Madison and the Tile Shop.

UPDATED REVIEW: Lovely showroom but lately samples have been scarce which isn't helpful when one is trying to match new tile to an existing floor pattern (for example). I've tried to order samples from the website on multiple occasions but everything seems to constantly be on backorder even though the site says it's available. The most recent sample I tried to order is on a 3 month backorder (once again their site says it's available). Since the sample I ordered was unavailable I asked the Sales Associate who called to inform me of this issue to please cancel the sample order. Instead of canceling the order, they literally must have ripped one off of a display because - today - I received a tile sample with glue and paint splattered all over the front of the tile and blue tape stuck to the sides. Very unprofessional imho and also too Iittle, too late as - after the Sales Associate called to tell me they couldn't send me a sample of the tile - I found and purchased the needed tile from a direct competitor. :-/

Best customer service and quality. Brittany not only helped me multiple times with selection, she discovered a serious error that had been made by the tilers working on my home. Thanks to her expertise, I was able to have it fixed. I won’t ever go anywhere else for any tile needs!

We ordered some accent tile for the niche and floor in our shower remodel and loved it! The customer service though, is hit or miss. We talked to some borderline rude men on the phone multiple times. However, we eventually met with Natalie Caswell and she was THE BEST! If you go there you have to ask for her! She was so helpful, patient , and kind!
