I love living at the Stahlman! The location is wonderful and the building is well taken care of. Josh in maintenance is incredibly helpful and on top of things. He takes pride in his work and always quick to help, no matter how small the issue. 5/5 Stars!

Josh the Maintenance Supervisor is the best I’ve ever had at any apartment complex I have lived in at 30 years of age. If you want your appliances properly repaired on time, and not just poked at with a screwdriver, this is a good place to move in to. Cheers Josh, got my AC problem fixed the day it stopped.

I love living at the Stahlman. Been here for about 6 months and it keeps getting better. Well run, great views, great location. One standout is maintenance. Luckily I haven’t had too many issues, but the few times I have, they’ve has been extremely helpful and kind.
