Purchased my first safe from The Safe House and am very happy with the entire experience. Mark was responsive and knowledgeable, quickly answering all of my questions. Eric and his team did a fantastic job and spent time making sure it was adjusted perfectly and assisted me in the setup. I'd have no issue recommending The Safe House to any of my friends or family.

Love my Browning safe! When I bought the safe, I was torn between a larger safe and a little smaller safe. The owner said to me I’ve never had anybody say they wish they bought a smaller safe. They always say to me, I wish I bought a bigger safe. Well he sure was right! I bought the bigger safe but now I wish I bought one even bigger! It’s amazing all the things you put in there that you don’t think about! Nashville Safe is the only place that I would buy a safe from! The service is excellent! Leigh

I have been a customer of The Nashville Safe House for the past 19 years. They have provided outstanding products and even better service through out that time. Mark and his team have taken care of all of my maintenance needs as well as moving the safe to new homes on 3 occasions. They provided excellent advise on purchases for both personal and business use.
I recently had an owner induced issue with my safe and even though it was in no way a fault of The Nashville Safe House or the quality of the safe, Mark and his team rapidly corrected the issue so I had access to my items.
I don't write many reviews for businesses but Mark and The Nashville Safe House are absolutely deserving. There is not another safe company that I would trust with my business to the extent that I trust and value them. Their years of consistent high level customer service and integrity while providing excellent products will always make The Nashville Safe House the only place I will look to when I need another safe.

I was Father’s Day shopping and I came up on this place. They have the best selection and also the nicest team I have met in this town! I wouldn’t buy a safe from anyone else and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do that. MARK IS AMAZING!

Earlier today family member and I took a drive to Nashville hoping to learn about and get a good idea of what safe was going to be right for us with the intention of going home and discussing more before making a decision. When we walked in Jill greeted us warmly, asked us what we were looking to protect, and showed us multiple wonderful options. She answered all of our questions as we kept going back and forth with two different options. We were not rushed at all, and treated very well. Ultimately, because of Jill's service, we felt extremely confident in the decision and I can not wait until it is delivered. I would absolutely tell anyone that if they have a need for an excellent quality safe with tons of different options that Nashville Safe House is the only place to go. Thank you so much Jill!
