Just moved in and I’m absolutely in love with this place. Everyone in the front office (Leasing/concierge) are extremely nice and helpful. The team here is great! Amber, Ana, Bremontae, Glendys, and Brittany made my move stress free. I transferred here for work and was left last minute looking for a place due to a lapse in judgment. The team here helped me easily apply, get paperwork signed, and walk into my apartment. I look forward to the community events and exploring the town.

We loveeeee living at The Place at Fifth and Broadway. The Staff is so professional , caring and accommodating. Ana was our leasing agent ( Chefs Kiss) .We can't forget Faith that works at the Concierge desk she is so helpful and excellent at her job. This is the best Luxurious Living on Broadway in Nashville, TN. So come check it out you won't be disappointed .

I do like living at the place. The location is sweet and the view is top notch. The staff is friendly especially Samantha. She is always there to go above and beyond. Since day one she has always been there to help me with whatever I need and it makes living here a lot more enjoyable. The pool is great and my friends always want to come hang out. The fireworks were amazing too. Only gripe is my ac unit is pretty weak but I think it's because the building was constructed during the supply chain issues during covid so the builders had to cut a lot of corners to hit their deadlines. I do understand it's difficult to run a successful apartment building with all the pressure to be profitable from big time investors like vanguard and blackrock. Anyways overall it's a great place to live especially because of Samantha :)

Recently visited a friend at The Place & the building is stunning! More importantly, Samantha was so friendly. I was there on the 4th of July and she made sure to keep an eye on the crowded pool while being so kind and accommodating for residents. She clearly takes pride in her job and it shows!

Shout out to Samantha for going beyond the call of duty and agreeing to move our balcony furniture inside during the last tornado warning. We were out of town at the time and of course worried something would fly off and hurt someone.
Samantha was very professional and asked that I shoot her an email authorizing her to enter our unit and she sprang into action.
No more than 10 minutes later, I received a text confirming all was well.

Chance & Brandon have been so helpful and very responsive when anything breaks or needs replacement. The Place maintenance staff is one of the most friendly and hard working team I’ve encountered at an apartment complex. Would recommend anyone to live here!

I have had an amazing experience here so far. I moved in a little less than a month ago. The first person I ever interacted here was Faith earlier in the year before I signed. She was very friendly and very enthusiastic and really made a great first impression with me. I’d stopped by a few times after I signed my lease but before moving in. Every time I saw faith she would joke with me or talk with me and just made it a pleasant experience and made me excited to move in. And since living here, She has been a friendly face to see around and honestly, her kind personality is nice to have around, especially when I’m often coming home from a stressful day. Everybody here has been amazing, very attentive, and very responsive to any problems I’ve had.

This place is great!!
Very helpful crew/ maintenance. Anytime we needed help in the house fixing anything they are on time. Especially Brandon and Chance, shout out to these guys !
