I visited the Broadway location and had an amazing experience. The quality of the clothing speaks for its self, however the customer experience was amazing. Bradley took the time to get to know my friends and I, which we greatly appreciated. I highly suggest supporting this brand and look to continue shopping with them in the future.

Amazing clothes and AMAZING PEOPLE! Holy cow we went to The Normal Brand thinking we would get some shopping done. We did NOT expect to fall in love with the staff and just want to hang out! Bradley and Erin were both more than we could have possibly hoped for. SUPER knowledgeable and helpful but also so great to talk to and get to know. I ended up buying way more than I expected and even had stuff shipped to me.After wearing these clothes for a little more than a week I can only say that I can't go back to 'normal' clothes again lol. The fabric they use is so comfortable and the colors are amazing. Basically everything I bought was interchangeable. I live on an island in the Caribbean so having clothes with super high end fabric that breathes but feels snuggly on your skin is amazing. The way you feel while wearing The Normal Brand is so amazing they should be charging WAY MORE!

I've worn Normal Brand for years but had never been in to a physical store until recently in Nashville. The only thing better than the actual product is getting to experience the brand in person. Awesome atmosphere that makes you feel right at home! Bradley was running the place and did an incredible job. Check out this place and give them a try ... you will quickly become a fan too!

First off, Normal makes fantastic clothes. Clothes are 5-stars, hands down. My 2-stars is strictly for the staff. The guy behind the counter was clearly hammered. And when I inquired about a specific product by name, he showed me a different pair of pants and seemed confused on what I was asking for. Incredibly disappointing in-store experience.

Hayley was the sweetest woman ever and so fun to talk to! Bradley was awesome as well, but Hayley was definitely cooler (haha). Love this store and the people that fill it!

I would like to commend Bradley Ash for going above and beyond the call of duty by assisting me in locating a specific clothing item. He was extremely professional, helpful, patient and kind. I already loved the clothing, but his customer service will have me coming back to this store soon!

The clothes are quality made and the staff are fantastic. I shop in person often and always walk away with clothes I love. Jenna and the staff are always very kind are are always a great help - especially on the days where I come in looking for an entire wardrobe for an event or performance. You can tell that everyone that works there cares about the brand and the mission behind it.
