Call and get a LIVE PERSON who answers all your questions. So rare these days, more and more tourist areas, businesses, and attractions want you and your money but they don't want to talk to you or help tailor their information to your desires, interest, or needs. They just want you to poke your CC # into their computer. Not sure if they even care if you show up. Nashville being part of the hospitable south apparently gets it and cares. I spoke with Ashley who was professional, patient, and most importantly knowledgeable. Lucky to meet her when we went there in person. To receive your military discount you must go in person. No option to check on line. They need to sign up with "Verify" and offer the discount online. Ashley is a great ambassador for the city, and we all know she's likely under paid.

Do trust them with online orders. I received the wrong item and in trying to correct it there is no one to talk to because the store does not handle the shipping. The store said I had to call another number which is has no menu selection for online orders. Never again..
