I recently adopted a dog and went to every dog store in Nashville. I will hands-down always come back to the modern dog company, they are so knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely show love to my pup. I’m obsessed with them.

Nice little dog boutique with lots of treats and toys for your pets. It’s outside of the downtown area but if you’re close by stop and and grab something for your fur baby.

This place is LOVELY!! Visited during our Nashville trip and left very satisfied. Highly recommend their brand of dog walking bags. They're sleek, trendy colors, and very functional. I recommend speaking with the workers as they are super friendly and are animal lovers like you! The owner works really hard to create the best products herself and to seek other businesses products to find what will best benefit her customers. They also are big into supporting rescues which I find incredibly important.

I bought a leash in march and the hardware broke. The Modern Dog Co was very quick to send me a new leash free of charge with their new hardware that locks into place! Gibs and I love it!

They had some cute things.! Different from other local pet stores! We had a blast looking around. Just wish the dog poo station outside the store was emptied. It smelled really bad!

We love The Modern Dog Company! Dani and everyone on her staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry. My dog has bad allergies and sensitive stomach. We've tried multiple food brands that we never really loved and Dani helped us pick out a brand that has been perfect for Blue. I love that they support other local small businesses and host pop ups for rescues around the Nashville area.

The modern dog company is an amazing addition to the nations neighborhood. They carry a wide variety of items as well as brands. They are super active in the community by hosting different events at their store as well as participating in events hosted by others. The staff is the absolute best and the owner Dani goes above and beyond for her customers. She has done an amazing job curating the selection her store offers and making it a fun place to bring your pup!

This place is AMAZING! They have an amazing assortment of unique dog toys, chews, and homemade cookies that I can buy my dog on his birthday :) they are so friendly and help recommend various dog toppers and foods for my picky dog as well! They are the best

Modern Dog Company is a great little boutique for dogs and their owners. It's always clean and organized with lots of new products and cute photo-op spots that are very Instagram-worthy, including the mural outside. The prices are very reasonable for a small boutique. Some items such as the Wild One poop bags are cheaper here than at some major retailers. The owner and employees are always so sweet to my anxious, rescue dog and offer pup cups! My neighbors and I also enjoy going to their Yappy hour events. I'm so glad to have this amazing small business in the Nations!

So thankful for this gem of a store in the Nations! When passing by, my pup will not let us walk by without stopping in. Likely because he always gets a pup cup there!Great options for food, toys, dog clothes, treats, etc. really great addition to the neighborhood and so glad it's walking distance from my house!

The cutest little dog store in West Nash! We love the treat selection and are always impressed by the number of options of high quality dog food and treats. Lots of toys and fun brands available as well!
