Came in with adult serious-collector sons as part of our planned PTO time. From the greeting at the door to the checkout experience, every staff member was polite, hospitable, knowledgeable… Could not ask for more! I even ended up making a purchase for Christmas giftgiving. Use entrance 4 for direct entry. It is suite number 416 in the mall. Highly recommended for both the serious and hobby enthusiast.

Awesome lego store and sets. There's a wall in the back full of Legos to customize your lego and build something cool using your imagination. Store is kinda small so it can get crowded, there's a line to let a few people in at a time

VERY frustrated. Our grandkids came from out of town to meet us at Opry Mills.
They were SO pumped about going to the LEGO store.
They wanted to do the "mini figure factory". It was 4:54pm.
The manager said it was "closed, because they don't do it after 5" ??
NO excuse for it. She's just too lazy to make it happen.

As the second LEGO store I've visited, it was an absolute pleasure. Once again, wonderful staff and this was even bigger than the last one. We had a blast creating our very own custom Minifigures and I know I'll cherish mine forever. Highly recommend if you've got kids or are just a fan to stop in here.

Cute store that was well stocked. My toddler enjoyed the duplo bricks that were out while my husband obsessed over all the new sets.
