Loved the bright atmosphere.. Our room was the red room. ? Liked the Dyson hair dryer and heater. also had a portable steamer.. So nice to not have wrinkled suitcase clothes to wear! And really appreciated that part of our rental fees were used helping the community!

The most unique hotel experience was an unexpected pleasure. The Gallatin is quirky in all the best ways. We stayed in room 320, a deluxe king so my wife could enjoy the deep tub. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. A noise machine and fan/heater was included in the room to make it even more pleasant. Parking was convenient. Also knowing a portion of their sales go to support the homeless community made us feel even better about our choice. We hope to book a stay at their sister hotel soon.

This hotel is a Nashville MUST! The rooms are well appointed and clean! The toiletries are high end and the hair dryer was divine! No detail has been overlooked at the Gallatin. Don’t let the absence of a front desk scare you away! The communication and service from the owners is superior. Our only complaint is that we had to go home! We will be back!

This was the best staffless boutique hotel experience I have ever had. The keypad entry was simple and worked correctly. The owners were in contact consistently but it was clear and concise communication that was well timed and not intrusive. I asked a question and it was answered quickly and professionally. I don't just recommend this place - I'm certain I will stay here again. 10 out of 10.Rooms: Rooms are as advertised. Small, but efficient. Bathroom was amazing for a room that size.Nearby activities: Lucky Duck Lounge is a dive bar in the adjacent building.Walkability: Between a CVS and a Walgreens. We walked down the Pearl Diver for drinks and then to 5 Points. Gallatin Pike has sidewalks. I'd say 89/100 on a walkability scale. I wouldn't walk to Downtown or anything from there but yiu can get to whatever you need easily.Food & drinks: The water and snacks in the room werecomplimentary. The ice machine also dispensed water but filtered still and sparkling water were also on tap.

My daughter booked this hotel because of the unique rooms with the vibrant colors, but I was not impressed with the smell of the room when we entered or the carpet and furniture stains. That was a big turn off for me. My daughter reached out to the owners and they told her where extra linens was so that we could use to cover the stained sofa but I still didn't want to sit on the sofa. The owner was very nice and informative my daughter said. Another thing the bathroom is small. (Toilet &shower area).I didn't like that it is no elevators. I have problems with my legs and anytime we left the hotel I had to climb stairs. Not sure if they had handicap suites or not. I hope this helped someone. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 5.

Incredible experience from start to finish! Very quiet hotel and the amenities/extra perks were very much appreciated. The owners are extremely kind and accommodating. But the luggage lift and the bath tub were definitely the highlights for me! I can’t say enough good things. 10/10!

Really enjoyed my stay at The Gallatin. I was there for an event at the Emerson Hall, and it was really nice to have both accommodations and event space there. Check in was easy and the Gallatin staff was quick to be responsive over text. The hotel rooms were fun and colorful, and they provided great room amenities (coffee, a Dyson air purifier, earplugs, towels, shampoo, even snacks!).

My band stayed at the Gallatin Hotel this past week and had so much fun. The rooms are amazing and the hotel is super cool. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was great too. We were also amazed with the selection of tea and coffee and the complimentary snacks they provide. 10/10 stay and would highly recommend.Walkability: Lots of restaurants, stores, and bars nearby and for us it was perfect because we were a 2 minute walk from the venue we performed at, The East Room.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and CUTE! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our first time staying at a concierge-less hotel, and we have zero complaints. Check-in was easy. We were delighted to hear about their giveback program.

The hotel was wonderful. It was very quiet, which is what I like. The room had all the amenities I needed and was tidy and clean. Working instructions were very clear for the tv and appliances. Plenty of hot water and the pressure of the shower was great. Loved the decor of my room! The hotel also has a photo booth in the lobby to use for selfies, which was fun. The checkin and checkout process was seamless and the room/hotel is very safe, with the appropriate security measures in place. I would not hesitate to stay again. I had a great stay!

A perfectly quiet, peaceful little hotel tucked away in Nashville. We loved the self check in/out, the vibrant colors, and the modern amenities. It was a great departure from the cookie cutter chain hotels we usually stay in.
