Cherish Holt is a Saint. She helps find solutions to issues related to your Health and not a Provider who doesn’t listen and leaves.Than you for the GREAT CARE.

Here’s how Dr. Kevin Rigtrup and the Frist Clinic cost me $33,000 out of pocket. have been a patient at the Frist Clinic for literally decades, since the 1990s. I have been a patient of Dr. Kevin Rigtrup since he began practicing there, more than 25 years. Recently he had been treating me for a lower back injury as well as depression and anxiety. He prescribed Gabapentin for pain. I had a very strong Side effect on the first dose that led me to another physician. The physician said never to take it again. Then Dr Rigtrup prescribed a generic version of Lyrica which unknown to me was in the same family as Gabapentin. On the first dose I had a horrible incapacitating reaction which caused a fall which landed me in Centennial ER. I had face planted on concrete. I had emergency oral surgery. I sustained a broken nose, a broken jaw, a shattered jaw, facial fractions and knocked out many teeth top and bottom. Subsequently I had other oral surgeries and significant work from a top prosthodontist . The process of recovery was over 7 months and $30,000. I did not have dental insurance but it would have covered only $1,500. I visited with Dr. Rigtrup during the reconstruction period. He denied the medication was at fault. Two doctors in the ER confirmed the med caused the fall. I requested my ER Records where both physicians agreed it was the prescribed medication that caused the fall and the substantial damage. I have those records. Following, I sent a letter to the Director of the Frist Clinic by Certified mail, explaining nicely the incident and the out-of-pocket over $30,000 bills I faced. He never even replied. I will turn to legal means now. Centennial Hospital has been in the news recently for costly mistakes. The Frist Clinic is in the conglomerate. I certainly recommend avoiding the Frist Clinic. Vicki Stout, Nashville

I recently switched over from Vanderbilt, I’d been going for 20 years and they were always too busy to show me the care I needed and I never felt respected. The Frist Clinic showed me grace and care immediately with no shame and saw that one of the medicines I was on wasn’t gluten free, which has solved a lot of issues. I am beyond happy that I left Vanderbilt and came to the Frist Clinic!

recently one of their physicians left and the clinic would not allow his patients to see any other doctor at the clinic. I've been a patient there for over 25 years. I was advised that none of the other doctors were accepting new patients but I could see one of the interns at their intern clinic

Review for Dr. Michael Carlson A good endocrinologist will treat the patient, not just rely on the lab results, but that’s exactly what this doctor does. My blood work came back within the normal range. It’s low and obviously not optimal numbers, but because it’s within the outdated range of “normal”, I was sent a letter by his clinic that read in all caps “NO NEED TO SEE ME AGAIN.” He’s completely disregarding the fact that I am symptomatic and my lengthy family medical history of thyroid issues. Maybe I don’t need medication at present time, but there IS something wrong and I need a doctor to help me find a solution until the inevitable time that I do need medication. My last visit was 15 minutes. He told me that I have a nodule that is non functioning and we did blood work AGAIN. I left the clinic crying. I felt so defeated. This clinic relies too heavily on lab results instead of treating the patient.

Had a very bad experience here with a NP. I see all my drs here . After the bad experience I tried reporting it to the director James barber and he didn’t seem to care about my concern. After I politely asked for his boss’s info he refused to give it to me and blocked me from seeing all my drs. He was extremely unprofessional and obviously just bypasses code of ethics

The Pulmonologist I see at Frist Clinic is a very good doctor. Dr Mangilardia is the kind of doctor who listens to you as well as is very honest with you about your options. His whole staff is very professional and understanding. I highly recommend him.

I was a new patient I saw DR. Mangialardi, his office personal was so kind. Then I saw the Dr and I would really like to say if you need a "caring pulmonologist" I would refer & have told my friends your not just a number to them. They're very thorough

These people know how to take care of their patients. I didn't have to wait in line as I was short of breath. They brought everything to my seat. I feel real good about my doctor and staff. My doctor Mehio asks questions, and then he actually listens to me! I feel like I'm getting the best care possible. When I have to call, I never feel like I'm bothering them...like some others have made me feel. Thank you Dr. Mehio and staff!

Despite the onslaught of patients, Dr. Amanda Daniel gives the feeling that you are her only patient. She is the closest to doctors of the past that we have ever encountered. No house calls, but phone calls after a crisis are a constant from her. She goes beyond what doctors are required to in these hectic and chaotic medical times, but this has been our experience with her and her staff since the beginning, which was about eight years ago. When my husband lost his adrenal glands to cancer he was already being treated by Dr. Daniel for hypothyroidism. She explained this life threatening and rare condition and took the time to answer our many questions and has been a comforting presence during some scary episodes. Her nurse practitioner is also wonderful. We have had the pleasure to meet with her only once but can already tell she is closely akin to Dr. Daniel in bedside manner, empathy, concern and outstanding professionalism. We can not say enough great things about Dr. Daniel and her staff.
