I went to Kayla Jacobs as a new patient in Sept 2024 and had an immediately poor experience when the first thing she said when she walked in the door was that I had a “lot” of medical issues and she couldn’t possibly get to all of it in one day. I let that go because I hate going to the doctor and I thought I was being too sensitive. But in October, I came back for bronchitis and the day after my visit, I sent a message to her office asking how long I should take the meds she prescribed before I should feel better. Because I felt my cough was maybe even worsening since starting the meds. No one replied the Friday I sent the message and when I did hear back that next Monday, her response was effectively “?♀️, just go to the ER”. I’ve attached the photo of the response here. Bear in mind too that I researched tessalon perles and making your cough worse is not that abnormal of a side effect. So not only did this woman have no interest in helping me, she either doesn’t even know that about a med she’s prescribing or she cares so little for her patients, she doesn’t think it’s worth mentioning. Either way, I won’t be back.

Cherish Holt, goes above and beyond to treat her patients! Super knowledgeable and thorough. Kind & encouraging. If she can’t get to the root of the problem, she always has a plan b, c. Loooove this young lady.

Dr. Neely is incredible!! She's the best doctor I’ve seen in a really long time. She truly cares about the patient and explains everything in detail.

Clown show! They called me on Wed about a procedure on Fri to get my medication list. The doctor said my medication was OK, but they didn't know if the anesthesiologist would be OK with it. They wouldn't know who the anesthesiologist would be until that day. The only solution offered was to call down that morning and find out then if I was going in for the procedure. My solution: Cancel the procedure and find a new doctor.

Dr. Barfield is a very thorough physician. He spends time explaining the why and why nots of everything he is recommending to you. Could not be more pleased with him as my physician!!!

parking in the garage is a mess - not enough is available, too many reserved for valet. It used to be ok, getting unbearable. We have to park at the end of rows illegally.
Bldg elevators also not working well - hopefully they will be fixed soon.
