Pros:walking distance to Broadway, The Gulch (about 3/4 miles), lots of food. Parking garage is RIGHT next door, very easy. Latch app for access makes for a safe experience. Cons: 1 working elevator. It has a deserted vibe honestly. Stairwells are cringe-avoid these, fam. I'd give 3.5 stars if that was an option.

Stayed at an Airbnb here and was not disappointed, the lobby was modern, the rooms clean and well decorated, and access was easy to figure out.
