5 Stars all around. Heard the upstairs guest walking about, but it wasn’t an immediate disturbance.Rooms: Super cute space, equipped with mini fridge, swivel-type big screen tv, microwave and HUGE shower, and remote window shades!Walkability: They are several restaurants within a few minutes walk from the building.Noteworthy details: Lounge at the entry is great great spot to gather to watch games or events.There was a small elevator for accessibility to other floors.

This is NOT a hotel. It’s an ArBnB. Buyer beware. They pretend it’s a hotel but any expectations you have (onsite personnel, front desk, customer service) wil be disappointed. It’s a fraud. Shame on Avant.Safety: This is not a hotel, it’s a condo so don’t expect the safety measures of a hotel.

Hotel is very charming from the outside. We encountered a rude guest as soon as we arrived which tainted our first impression. The rooms was nice overall. The shower and bed were the highlights.I will say atleast having some water in the fridge would have been nice. Our coffee machine did not work, and we wandered into the lounge (which the door was open) and began to brew a pot there. Only to be greeted by a member of staff that without even saying hello told us we couldn’t be in there. On our last night we were woken up but a smell of something burning, which we eventually figured out was the air conditioning unit. It was so bad, that we checked out 6 hours before necessary and headed to the airport. location was decent. everything was ten mins away.Safety: it did feel safe.

We stayed in a one bedroom studio and it was amazing! Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and other stores. 10 minute walk to FirstBank Stadium. Smooth process and wonderful experience. Will definitely stay here again!

Room itself was nice. However the area it’s in isn’t the best. Parking is limited and behind the hotel is a place where maybe four cars can park. I parked there. The next morning going to my car I found it was broken into. My work phone was stolen. There’s a security camera looking right at that area. It’s impossible to have someone look at the footage. I’d personally wish this place was somewhere more safe

Unfortunately had such a terrible experience. There is no staff members based on site which is fine, unless you experience an issue that needs to be addressed. The building allegedly has quiet hours that start at 10pm, when I returned to my room after midnight it was clear that another guest on the floor was hosting a party (hallway smelled of weed, blasting music, pounding, and shouting). I reported this to AvantStay and after an hour there was no response and the excessive noise still continuing. When I called back after an hour I was gaslit several times- first they told me that AvantStay had tried to contact me and wasn’t able to get in touch ( I promptly sent over a screenshot of phone records to disprove this theory) then I was told a member had come over and “investigated” but they couldn’t hear anything. I immediately put the person I was speaking to on speakerphone to disprove this as well. This leads me to believe that no one actually investigated because it was impossible not to hear this, or a staff member was involved with the party itself. The party continued well past 2:30am, the only reason why the noise stopped is when the other guests left, AvantStay did nothing to resolve the issue. To add insult to injury I received no follow up communication from AvantStay following the incident. Upon a follow up email I sent I was given a generic response and told they were “investigating” the incident, I received no discount or compensation for the unacceptable conditions. After this experience I will no longer stay at an Avante managed property.

We were very pleased with our stay. Clean room, great location and wasn't noisy like I expected it to be. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the 121 hotel while on a business trip to Nashville. This is a very nice small hotel that is not very far from downtown with plenty of good places to eat nearby. The 121 was easy to locate but parking is very limited. The 121 has very tight access control so you will need to make sure you check your email and text for your access and room code. The rooms are very nice and spacious however I reserved the balcony and was very disappointed, I could not step out on the balcony because it was basically a patio door you can open with a railing. I would recommend a stay at the 121 hotel.
