Continue to have difficulties getting refills of chemo medications delivered for my father. I wish that I could say that this was the first time and an isolated incident, however it is not. Each refill has been a delay in processing and shipping and therefore a delay in starting next cycle of chemotherapy.

Phoned in prescription on 2/22/22 at 9 am. Had to call today 6 days later and reordered. Impossible to speak to a representative. I waited on the 22nd for an hour and have been waiting today for 50 minutes so far

When I could get someone to answer or return my calls, it is good. I have been trying to call for 3 days and sit on hold. I put in my call back number and still did not get a call back. Would like to get my meds. Multiple times I have almost ran out of medication because I could not get through to them. I do not wait until I am out to get a refill. I start calling when I am about a week and a half away.

They carry all the medicine you need when going through chemo. I've never had to wait for them to order my medicine due to being out like kmart walmart and Walgreens. I will never go anywhere else. I've been with park for years and will continue even when I'm in remission. Thanks so much park family. You make my life easier to deal with my cancer. See if they can bust out a wall and provide yall with outside light and a drive up window.😃
