So tired of this location ripping me off from numerous Shipt orders and when I call Target's customer service desk I get 1 incompetent employee on the phone after another. Nobody ever knows anything. I spend hundreds of dollars to this location each week for my family's essentials and I can't count on both hands how much money I've lost from Target and Target takes no responsibility or even acts like they care to fix anything. They want to blame Shipt all the time when it's really them. Even their Loss Prevention team is a joke at handling order issues they just think all the customers are thieves. Damn near done LOSING money from this store.

Didn’t have to wait at all. Actually had plenty of lines opened. Customer service was great at register and return desk. The store is a bit clutter with all the shipments they are receiving with Christmas coming up.

I had a rough day but I came in to Target and the young man behind the service counter was so kind and the young lady with the beautiful nails was so helpful. You would never know it was even holiday shopping season with how amazing they all were. Thank you for the best part of a tough day.

So I went to buy a car seat stroller travel system I told the manager at the front of the store that I would need assistance in picking up this 60 pound box and putting it into the basket he told me to go on back find the one that I want and he would have someone meet me there let's make a long story short no one showed to help me . If I could have found this item and another location or a different store I would have so I 'm not as young and spry as I used to be I'm on disability . I could not find one employee anywhere around me I finally stopped another couple shopping and asked them if they could please help me get that stroller car seat travel system in my buggy I then went to check out same manager was there oh I see you found what you were looking for do you need help getting it in your vehicle I I laughed and said no her a tip told her to go get a drink or some dinner or sandwich or something for helping me she wouldn't take it I probably still would be standing back in the stroller department waiting on somebody to come help me NO ONE

This Target features a grocery section which is convenient but has less clothing. The Target in Rivergate has renovated its clothing and has way more to offer. Way more selection especially in its shoe department. So if your looking for frozen food, Hermitage Target wins but has less of a selection in other departments, while the Rivergate has a larger selection of clothing and home goods it is lacking in its grocery selection. Give and take, I guess. It's a good idea to have different features at different locations.

im not sure whats going on with this store location. the past few times ive been there to shop over the past couple of months there are several unstocked boxes all over the store. seems like management has no control of how unkept the shelves & store looks. the Target ive always known does not look like this location how eroded it has become.

Always a great experience at the CVS pharmacy located inside Target. Much better service than Walgreens and the other pharmacies. Always friendly staff and great selection of products.

Amanda is AWESOME! I really needed help finding some items on my list. Amanda could have just pointed to where to go for the items like most employees do! She grabbed her hand held device and walked with me to help me find each item! She was so kind and humble! This is my definition of EXCEPTIONAL customer care! Thank you so much, Amanda, for your help! I'm sorry for making you late to the stand up meeting! She should be promoted to trainer!

I shop at Target weekly. My experience here is usually always positive. I order online as well. Self checkout was fast.I found everything I needed.

Shopped here while on a trip earlier this year. It had everything I needed and was the closest store from where I was staying. My only thing to note that wasn’t so great is that the parking lot seems to need to be repaved.

If you have been to one Target, then you have been to most of them and this location is your standard Target minus a few of the most modern amenities/adds. Located in Donelson, this Target sits in the middle of a huge shopping plaza along with a variety of eateries and other retailers. Due to its location, parking is beyond plentiful and is never an issue. The store has seen some upgrades to the façade and minor updates to a few areas inside including the addition of a grab and go space. Other than that, the store is still in need of some updates as it is showing its wear a bit. Additionally, this store always seems to be somewhat disorganized to an extent with empty shelves surrounded by full stocking carts, unpriced items and in some cases, poor selection. The other heartbreaking thing about this Target is there is no Starbucks. Overall, I'd live in this Target rather than go to the other big box retailer for one item...while it has it's faults, it is still a Target and I love it!

Was buying some baby clothes for my family. The store had everything. A very good visit and will be going back. Good store, well stocked, clean, very friendly people working there. Enjoyed my trip.

I had a pickup for a phone case, when I went to get the case it was open and the product was not even the correct product for the case. I went back to guest service and told them and the blonde lady who was around 20 years old was extremely rude. I told her it’s not a big deal that online they said there is one more. She said very rudely that there isn’t. I told her I can show you online… I showed her and she goes well I don’t care I don’t have it. So I get my refund I go back there to look myself and of course they DID have it. I think the blonde girl was a manager but she was extremely rude and unhelpful. The brunette older woman was very friendly though. Do better with your management.

This target has gotten progressively worse and worse. 8pm on a Friday night and only 1 register open and self checkout with a super long line. I don’t more is it’s a specific store issue or a target corporate issue. Either way it’s unacceptable.

Nicole, an associate, was so rude to me when I was looking for a clothing iron. I understand it’s Memorial Day and all but the attitude from her after asking where something was, super unnecessary. Don’t understand why customer service is the worst in the nation. I work in customer service too, but try to at least be friendly and less rude. Target should do better.
