I had a bad experience at this location yesterday. I picked up an online order, a pair of jeans. I wanted to try the jeans on at the store so that I could return them without having to come back. As I was walking to the fitting room, the fitting room attendant was not at the desk and was some distance away laughing with other employees. People were walking in and out of the fitting rooms without anyone checking anything. As I was walking into the fitting rooms to try on the item from my online order, I heard a loud "Ma'am!" and was scolded by the fitting room attendant who said that she "saw me walking in with that bag", basically implying that I was trying to shoplift. The attitude of the fitting room attendant was very rude and left me not ever wanting to come back to this location, especially to try anything on.

I do appreciate how they have an array of 'art' from horrible to amazing. I'll include two pieces I found. One of them looks like little Bill drew it, the other is a masterpiece. About that framing and matting though...

I just hope one day, maybe one day, they have enough staff members! The couple staff members who are there are trying to do the work of like 30 people. So, this Target becomes really unclean and understocked. It's hard to find stuff here...

Went to pick up an order and ended up sitting for close to an hour waiting for the team member to bring out my stuff. The young man working had apologized to multiple other people that he was the only one working the drive-up orders at that time. Quite a few people went inside to grab their items, but I had my dogs in the car with me expecting that this would only take a few minutes. Do better to keep your store staffed, it should not be just one person working the drive up orders on a busy day of the week like Saturday.

Rudest lady this morning 8:30 am at self check out. I asked her to please check two items that rang up different dollar amounts than the price on the target app she grunted at me and fixed the prices. Then there was some buy so many items get a gift card. I grabbed the gift card and scanned it the register kept beeping at me and she rudely accused me of not following the directions. I showed her I did and another grunt. I’m like wt…….. first off I was not rude to her and it was 8:30 in the morning and there was no line. Target, yes customer service during the holidays is brutal. Please train your people better there was no reason for unnecessary attitude this morning. Y’all deserve zero stars

TARGET truly operates by putting their customers first. Product quality is superb. Location is great. Everything I need is in the store. On my way out, I usually stop to get 2 bags of popcorn for my mom and I and a beverage from STARBUCKS!
