I came to this place at 7:25 pm to buy a cell phone, and the employee told me that he couldn't sell it to me because the internet turned off at 7:30 pm, there is supposed to be customer service until 8 pm, It was also very rude, he didn't want to teach me anything.

I have tried to come here three times today, all during their regular business hours. At noon, 2 hrs after opening, an employee was outside and locked out and told me she couldn’t open the store bc she was locked out. 30 mins later she was sitting in her car with the store doors still locked. At 6pm, 2 hours prior to closing, the door is locked and an employee has closed all the shades and is sweeping the floors. I have a router to return which must be returned by this date and this is unacceptable. Also, no one answered the phones when we tried to get in touch before driving to the store. Will never come back.

If I could give T MOBILE 0 STARS... I would!!! My Spouse & I done had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Ms. Paris is the agent name that informed my spouse and I the $146.23 did not POST and informed my Spouse to go get cash from the ATM. My Spouse didn't do what she said instead he came to me. I called T- Mobile spoke with Paris she said the money didn't post. I quickly said to Paris Mario will show you his online banking and it shows where the money was taken out Paris said it doesnt show on her end and our money wouldnt hard copy. We look at our onlinebanking today July 4th, 2022 and the money has HARD COPY! WE WOULD LIKE OUR MONEY BACK $146.23!!!! My Spouse has Metro Pcs NOW!!! AND IT WAS INEXPENSIVE!!! 0 stars!!!!

This store is a wonderful T-Mobile store. All of my concerns were answered, and the customer service was superb. I felt welcomed and at ease with my time being the store. Gerry was amazing and super friendly, he was able to resolve my phone’s issue in a fast timely manner. I recommend this T-Mobile to anyone in the area.
