This used to be a great location for your T-Mobile needs. However, there was a change of staff and now, it is one of the worse locations in Nashville. If you like going in and being treated like you are stupid, I am an IT professional so I know what I am doing on the phone. Like to wait for someone to come to service you, I went in on a Sunday at open and waited 15 minutes while the staff gossiped. Like for them to say you have no choice in the matter but to do what they say, I even stated that I will cancel service and their response was go ahead we will not cancel your service. This will be the right place to go to.I went to the T-Mobile corporate owned store in Hermitage and they took care of all of my needs with no issues.

Did not take pics, but stopped for problems my wife was having with her phone. Hats off to Khadi, he was patient and understanding. He listened to her description of the problems and found a solution for her. What a gentleman. Great customer service!

I have never regretted dumping Verizon and.moving to T-Mobile. On any platform I have gone to, in store or phone call, they have been extremely helpful.

I bought two new phones (an iPhone 14 Pro and an iPhone 14) and two new lines about two months ago after negotiating a deal with trade-ins. Every month, the total bill should be 121.62. The selling agent (Alma) provided the best market offer. I spoke with her for several hours to ensure that my monthly payment would be the same every month and that there would be no hidden fees. I even informed her that she was being taped. She replied, "No problem." The first bill I received was 101, and I inquired as to why it was 101 rather than 121. Then, a few days later, I called and spoke with a supervisor (Pastera Charlotte), who apologized for providing incorrect information to the selling agent. And informed me on the phone and in an email that my bill would be 121 every month (attached screenshot email at the bottom). Now the second month bill came up to 153. When I called T-Mobile, every agent I spoke with circled my questions instead of answering them. They hung up the phone when they were corned. So I now have a 24-month contract and will not pay anything more than the original deal. T-Mobile has the option to terminate the contract. It is no longer my problem. T-Mobile is a sham company that uses false information and advertising to trick people into signing contracts.

If I could leave a zero rating on this store, I would. This is by far the WORST T-Mobile store I have dealt with!!! We walked in this T-Mobile, originally to simply switch SIM cards on the phone due to the shutting down of sprints network. The rep in the store Paul, talked us in to upgrading my moms phone (which we did). He assured us, all my moms files/ photos and contacts would be transferred to the new phone. Paul started to do this process wirelessly and it took over 4 hours. We walked around the mall a few times and the process was still not done by the time we came back. The only option he gave us was “leave your phone here over night and the process will be done by the AM” - not a great option. Since Paul didn’t know what he was doing, he asked his colleague, is there another way to back up the phone. He said instead of doing it wirelessly, we can wired transfer the data. So he used a cord, hooked up the phones and this process was completed within 30min. I should have known something was wrong and we shoulda checked the phone but we didn’t… As we were leaving the mall, my mom noticed she was missing majority of her pictures, ALL her contacts, and files with passwords!!!!!!!!!! We call Paul and as we told him this, he said give it 24hrs for the phone to back up with all her information… 24 hours passed and still nothing!!!!! We head back to the T-Mobile store and spoke with Paul, the source who messed up the process, told him we didn’t have any contacts or files and all he could say was “there is nothing we can do”, “nothing can be backed up” and had the nerve to say “calling corporate won’t bring ur contacts or photos back”. I definitely recommend you NOT go to this store as they will mess up ur account. I definitely advise if you HAVE to go to this store, I would not recommend you have Paul help you. I can guarantee you, we will be calling corporate Sprint and T-Mobile regarding this matter! This is unacceptable with how much information was lost on my my moms phone.

DO NOT buy from this store. I was out of state and told I could return it at my home store. I was not able to. They told me several wrong things. . I could return it. It was pre paid so I wasn’t able to. I didn’t know this and they specifically said that I could. 2. I had to go to the Nashville store for any concerns. They told me I could do it at my home store 3. I had 14 days. I actually had 9. Their employees do not know their policies. No matter what you are told you must read the fine print. Do not trust them. I’m out $200 because of their ineptitude.

The customer service here is unbelievable! I worked with Chuck who greeted me right as I passed through the door. I had a home internet issue regarding billing and none of the service reps via phone could assist me.Chuck sat me down, heard my concern (billed $200 for a returnable router with no previous instructions) and himself called up the customer service. He patiently waited on the call for 30+ mins and asked me to relax and look at any other things in the store if I'm interested. He ended up on multiple calls of reps transfering him from one team to the other until he finally spoke to the manager at the concerned team. Now mind you, I could never be in any position to get through this manager as none of the reps would be willing to do that. Chuck not only helped them understand what my problem was, but also indicated that I was incorrectly charged. The manager on the other side agreed and via Chuch, gave me the necessary instruction to return the device. Chuck also helped me get rid of the pending balance on my account as it was not my fault. In all, I was super pleased with the service I received and if anyone from the T-Mobile management is reading this - Chuck needs a raise, as we all need a Chuck in our lives to help us to the extreme ends.
